“it was grate”

We stayed for 5 nights, house keeping did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and filled with necessities. The front desk employees were always pleasant. The continental breakfast was very good. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the bar/restaurant was closed due to the changing of management. I feel we should have notified before or at least at check in about this. Other than that, our stay was nice at the best western in deerfield

I've stayed here before and have been pleased with the hotel. I might go back again but not sure. This visit was okay except for two things. One is that the thermostats in my room and another room my parent's were staying in did not work. The AC only ran at 68 F when on regardless of what the thermostat was set at. This caused us to have to get up in the middle of the night to shut the AC off. On checkout the front desk said it should have worked but unusual since it was broken in two rooms. I would check on this before staying here unless you like a really cold room. The second thing is that there was a really large group of 8 - 13 year old kids staying in the hotel for a basketball tournament. The group was pretty well behaved but kids will be kids and it was noisy. The pool was overrun with kids, breakfast was difficult with the crowd, and we were crowded when going in and out of the hotel with our 3 young children. I don't blame management for taking the reservation as this was a nice piece of business for them and I don't know what else they could have done as the other guests were reasonably behaved for a large group of kids.

“Extremely "Guest-Friendly"”

These folks were on top of everything. They have someone that inspects each room behind the housekeepers. They were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Very nice in every aspect.

I went to several clubs near the beach. They were not expensive and they had great music.
