We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. We have stayed at various hotels in Fort Collins over the years and this was a day of booking, so we were slightly apprehensive. The hotel was clean and updated and the front desk staff was a very nice young lady. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff was very pleasant. Property was clean. I did not like having to pay a refundable $100.00 to cover any potential purchases during my stay. I checked in late and was leaving first thing in the morning. Otherwise, very nice experience.

Very friendly staff. Clean property. We reached for breakfast 5 minutes before the closing but they refilled all the fruits, yogurt and snacks for us.

Old outdated rooms that need repaired,paper thin walls. We could hear everything in the room next to us like it was our room. We booked a non smoking room, got put in a smoking room. This place is horrible, ran down and not pleasant at all!

Very Pet Friendly!
We were traveling to take our sick kitten to CSU Vet school. The pet room we had is perfect - close to the door and partially tiled for a nice place to set up pet stuff.

Super staff, breakfast on point and allowed my fur baby to be able to stay with us. The surrounding area is a bit so so. Noisy street but quiet down in the evening. Super clean!!

I tried to get the room online for late Wednesday early Thursday morning and did it online and it pushed me to a Thursday afternoon check in instead of 1 am Thursday morning. I had to pay for two nights of a room that I only needed once and couldn’t get any help resolving this issue. The hotel couldn’t help and the website wouldn’t help either. I’m going to stop using this app because of this. I’ve had a problem before that was handled smoothly but this one was poorly handled.

We liked this hotel. It's clean and well maintained, and the staff are very nice. Good hotel for pets. A very good restaurant right next door. A convenient place to stay when traveling on hwy 25.
