The hotel staff was extremely helpful in booking my tours and pointing me in the right direction for the places I wanted to go. The location just outside the rail entrance is REALLY convenient. There is also a Family Mart across the street for your convenience stores needs. The bed comfy and shower had good water pressure. I would definitely recommend this to friends.
The hotel was a bit hard to find initially, but easy to get to after the first time. The suite we had was large enough to accommodate three adults (husband, wife and adult child). We liked the large shower and in-room laundry. I also appreciated the on-site parking and was happy I rented a small car (Honda Fit) since the parking spots were fairly narrow. This was the first time we stayed in a weekly mansion-type hotel and found it to be a great choice.
My husband and I stayed at the Harborview for a week, and loved it! The staff is so wonderfully warm and helpful, perfect location for all our needs, and we were particularly impressed by all the thoughtful unique little things the hotel provided to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again!
This hotel was a pleasing experience. Stayed for a week while on business. Took the monorail from the airport. Stopped right next to the hotel and used a convenient covered walkway. Ate at the breakfast buffet each morning. Good mix of Japanese and western offerings. I ate at the upscale restaurant on my last night. Delicious cuisine. The room was extremely comfortable with good work space. The bed was also very comfortable. Bathroom had a large shower area with a separate soaking tub.
