Wonderful!!!

"Top knotch hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a premier double with one king bed. It was large and very comfortable room. Great layout with a lot of space for luggage. Had a view of the city and Sapporo Station. Connecting walkway at basement level to Sapporo Station and subway lines. Shops and food along the corridor. Breakfast buffet was worth it. Lots of choices, both Japanese and American style. Freshly prepared omelets as well. Concierge recommended a great place to have dinner with a view just outside JR Station that was great without breaking the bank. Had a problem turning on our air purifier (language issue), called the front desk and a person arrived within 5 minutes to get it going."

"Excellent 4 star hotel, lived up to my expectations. Bit of a walk from the station, but easily walkable, can do mostly underground walkway if necessary. Staff are plentiful and are above and beyond in service. On Premier floor, lounge was a bit of a disappointment, snacks small, but well presented, had to pay if you wanted a glass of wine. Otherwise a great stay."

Nice setup and great location for walking downtown

"Lovely experience. Fun room setup (low beds, sunken sitting/eating area. Excellent onsen bath/sauna. Skipped restaurant cuz seemed expensive given other close options. Good location for walking to downtown sights. Would definitely stay again."

"Something I rarely do is leaving a wholehearted “positive” experience at a property, after having traveled everywhere. Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo, should be at the very top of their lodging list in Sapporo, given its central location to the Sapporo station, combined with excellent presentation of the rooms, as well as those included amenities.
