Very reasonable rate, central to town and the perfect place if you want a drive in drive out snowmobile hotel, as the trail is right at the hotel. Rooms are small but clean, and they have a big TV and lots of channels to choose from. It’s also the only hotel in the area with a dine in restaurant

It was a short stay, only 6 hours and pleased with it. ONLY issue was the pillows. One was not enough and two was too much. Need more choices.

I used Expedia to search for a motel in Rimouski, Quebec. This motel came up so I booked it because nothing else was available. I was on the road at the time so once I checked the map, I realized that the hotel was 3 HOURS away from Rimouski. I tried to call the customer service number to cancel but there was no response. I eventually got a different hotel through a different service. Once I got to my new hotel, I used the Expedia Chat feature to work with an Expedia rep to cancel. They got in touch with the Econo Lodge management who refused to allow a refund on my cancellation. Why did Expedia offer this motel when it was 3 hours away from the town I requested? And why did the management of the hotel refuse to allow a refund knowing my situation? This was terrible service from both of them.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel in about three years. It was nice to see that they have renovated the rooms, rooms are very clean and tidy. The bedding was fantastic! I will say that the pillows were very uncomfortable they definitely need an upgrade on those. And a hotel is isolated as it’s on a highway between two cities. Really not much to do there.

Very nice hotel and service. We booked there on our back from Natashquan also. Family friendly and restaurant on hotel premises. Rooms are renovated. Would definitely recommend.

Senior couple, anglophone, found the francophone desk clerk very friendly and helpful despite the obvious language differences. Nice Reasonable restaurant on site. Stayed twice at this hotel within 4 days, and will stay again if in the area.

Disappointed. I’ve stayed here before, and don’t remember the bed being so hard, and the pills too stiff. My husband and I did not get much sleep after a long drive. They really need to make the beds more comfortable. Other than that, I don’t have any issues with the hotel.
