This nonsmoking resort has 184 suites in a four-story building with a ground-floor breezeway. Some guestrooms overlook the garden courtyard and pool area. All suites feature the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, which provides a custom-designed box spring and pillow-top mattress, triple sheeting, two non-allergenic and two down pillows, a decorative pillow, and a down duvet. Hypo-allergenic bedding is also available.
All suites offer cable TV with premium channels, compact refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemakers, and complimentary wireless Internet access.

Beach House - Informal restaurant overlooking the pool. Indoor air-conditioned dining room with booths, covered terrace tables cooled by ceiling fans. Buffet and à la carte breakfast. Lunch and dinner include sandwiches, salads, seafood, steaks, and the signature Spicy Conch Bisque. Open early morning until late evening.
Cabana Bar - Wood gazebo located on deck near the pool. Salads, sandwiches, snacks, light meals, tropical drinks. Open from 8 AM until 9 PM.
Room service is available during limited hours from 8 AM to 9 PM.

“Nice place to stay.”
Besides the beach be not so beautifull, the hotel is very confortable, and driven you will reach any place of key west in minutes...
“Satisfied in Key West”
We went to Key West for a short stop before visiting other areas in Florida. We booked the Sheridan on-line. We are glad we did. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The building and room were clean and well kept. Updates to the outside bar were in progress (but not too much of a disturbance) and the restaurant was newly redone. The food was good, but a little pricey. The beach is right across the street - easy access and clean. A hotel shuttle drops you off or picks you up to or from downtown every hour (half hour during busy periods). They also dropped us off at the airport. My wife and I would recommend this hotel highly.
“Wish they were more pet friendly other than the room.”
The hotel was great, didn't charge anything for pets. The only issue we had was the rest of the hotel wasn't pet friendly. The outside bar/restaurant didn't allow pets, and the shuttle to downtown Key West didn't allow pets either.
“Great and clean hotel!”
Great staff and very helpful. Clean and quiet hotel. Went with 2 small children who loved the pool and hot tub! Free shuttles to and from downtown and the airport were very convenient.
“Thanksgiving”
4 minutes from the airport was an awesome way to start our vacation. The room was great with a partial ocean view. Pool was just perfect and the outside bar was very convenient. And how about the free hotel shuttle into downtown every 1/2 hour. And Duval Street is just 2.5 miles away.And free shuttle to the airport. Just a fun experience. We will be back.
“Relaxing stay”
This hotel was very low-key and relaxing. The pool was great and the ocean is just across the street. The island is small and there is shuttle service available which makes the hotel's location very convenient. It was nice to have self-serve laundry on the premises as well. There was only one restaurant and no spa services, so if you are looking for those amenities, this may not be the hotel for you. This wasn't an issue for us because again, all the local restaurants, shops and spas were nearby. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They really took care of us and helped make our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and the staff.
“"Only one disappointment"”
When booking my reservation with Expedia, I chose to stay 3 nights with my family of six because Expedia offered a " SUN PROMOTION". That included vouchers for a sunset sail, snorkling or kayaking. A day after I checked in I inquired at the front desk and was told they knew nothing about it and that Expedia is known for making promises they do not keep. I advise anyone making reservations through Expedia to check with the Hotel, any promotions that are promised, prior to booking

“Good hotel to stay in key west”
This hotel is regular 3-4 stars hotel in key west. Hotel located across the ocean, 5 mInutes from the airport and 7 minutes from the main street( Duval ).
“Awesome Resort”
The only minus is that this Sheraton is really close to the airport and planes landing are right over the tree tops. Very close to Smathers Beach, but a hike to Duval Street and the Key West night life...which is a plus or minus depending on your style. The staff and hotel were awesome...huge shower and very nice bathroom. The pool and pool bar/cafe was great. Food was excellent, service even better. I just wish we stayed longer at this property in Key West.
