Perfect location, and very comfortable beds. The interior was decorated very nicely. Only thought the towels could have been better, but were not that bad... the bedding was very comfortable. The lobby is very nice. We explored very well from this location and were not disturbed by Duvall street in any way. You are right in the middle of all the great restaurants at this location. The staff was courteous and helpful. Maybe one person could be added to the valet station to make things hum a bit faster, but it was no longer than 10 min wait there. Rooftop lounge could be updated or made into a nice lounge, but the views were awesome - the tallest building with panoramic views of the island. We especially appreciated the bedding and cleanliness. We had a two double bed room, #423. Rear view, nothing exciting there, but a concourse/sun deck above the courtyard is across the hall to see the pool area, and exercise room a few steps away.

“Great location -would stay there again”

We truly enjoyed our stay at the La Concha. The location of the hotel is perfect. We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed a balcony room overlooking Duval St. Although this was fun to people watch, if you are planning on going to bed early, I wouldn't recommend the balcony room as it is a bit noisy at night. (Just don't go to bed early and you're fine!) We also enjoyed the pool area. It's not huge, but nice enough for relaxing in the sun. The rooms are small, yet comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.

beautiful comfy hotel in the heart of old town key west on duval. plenty of off-street parking - which, if you visit key west you know - is a huge plus. josh at the front desk, and the wonderful young lady who checked me in, were tremendous as well. room was comfy and clean - was tempted to take my pillow home... ;) great experience and highly recommended.

We stayed 4 days The service was very good. Zach at the bar at the top was friendly and his service was excellent!! You could not ask for a better location. Would go back!

“Excellant Experience”

We have stayed here several times and each time the experience gets better. This time we had a brand new remodeled room. The carpet was so soft that you just wanted to walk barefoot all the time. The bed was so comfortable that it made sleeping a dream and the furnishings were new yet they kept the time period of the hotel. This hotel has alot of class. We will stay here again!

The hotel is in the middle of the Duval vibe. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff is helpful, energetic, and professional. The rooms are well kept, updated, and quiet. The parking is safe, ample, and easy to get in and out of. All that being said, the key in Key West is to relax. Once you've checked in, the biggest worry you have is how quickly you can get out the front door. When you have completed your trip, the return is just as easy as it is right there in the middle of the action. If you have been there once, this is the place you say to yourself, "...next time, I'm staying there....".
