Coral Lagoon Waterfront Resort and Marina offers 25 air-conditioned accommodations with CD players and DVD players. Rooms open to balconies. Accommodations offer separate sitting areas. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch plasma televisions come with premium cable/satellite channels. Accommodations at this 4-star resort have kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, cookware/dishes/utensils, and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers, makeup/shaving mirrors, designer toiletries, and hair dryers.

“Relaxed”
Firstly, Coral Lagoon is not an Hotel so it is diffucult to rate comparing to an Hotel. It is however, a lovely set of units or condos. Set in Marathon in the middle of the Keys it is probably equal distance from Key West and Key Largo. The units are well maintained and very comfortable and we had little to nothing to gripe about. If you are looking for nightlife or somewhere to walk to in the evening, or day for lunch/dinner/bar drinks, forget it. You will need to drive (though not far) The surrounding area is quiet and unless you go the Key West much the Keys are. (Key West has not got the All Day English Breakfast yet, but not far from it . If you are considering Coral Lagoon I would say a good choice - it is one of the better accomodations we saw along the Keys and a good base to travel the stretch of the Keys, Happy travelling !!
“Looks great, but underlying problems.”
No one was ever at the office. Our bed frame broke (and we're not a big couple). It obviously had been broken before and never completely repaired. Also the guest bedroom queen bed squeaked so loudly it made sleep difficult for the other couple we shared the condo with.
“New and Gorgeous and Going back soon!”
This place is brand new. It's not really a hotel, but private units/homes with two floors and 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. If stairs are a problem or you are handicapped, then it could be a problem. The two units we stayed in were two floors with a powder bath (sink and toilet) downstairs. That being said, I honestly can't wait to return! The units are gorgeous and the grounds are well maintained. There isn't any housekeeping, so no interuptions! You can fish right off your porch and watch the dolphins near the marina. If you own a boat and want to stop somewhere to anchor, this is the place. Our neighbors came down in their boat and had it right outside their unit. That's really what this wonderful place is intended for, but we'll be back even though we don't own a boat. Both my kids each got their own bedroom (no fighting) and the hubby and I enjoyed the wonderful places to eat that were very nearby. Grocery shopping is close and you have a full kitchen to bring home doggie bags. The units are well appointed and very tastefully decorated. My only issue was with the cleanliness of the floors. We all had dirty feet when we walked around barefoot while inside the unit. Other than that, we all had a great time and even my kids want to return soon...and so do I!
“Love this place”
Very friendly staff. This place is beautiful. I felt like home but on the water. My family enjoy the place. The pool area was not too nice but having a pool at home, I was too interested in that area. We had cabin 2. I this is the best as you have full view in the marina but is on the canal. Love it and hope to visit this place again in the future.
“Surprising luxury”
Coral Lagoon townhouse (3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, balcony and deck) was beautiful and decorated nicely in tropical pastels. Beds were extremely comfortable. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed given the deal we got on Expedia. Would definitely stay there again. Pool was very nice and secluded.

This place is nice, we rented a boat slip and had the boat in the water, behind the unit.
“Tolle Anlage und Unterbringung”
Das Resort ist wirklich sehr schön, allerdings muss man natürlich sagen, dass für den Preis das auch zu erwarten ist. Unsere Unterbringung hatte 3 Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Riesen-Wohnzimer, Terrasse und Balkon im oberen Stockwerk. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich. Betten und Ausstattung super. Negativ: Die Rezeption nur bis 17.00 Uhr besetzt. Reist man nach 17 Uhr an, muss man eine Nummer anrufen, damit jemand kommt. Wir waren um 18.00 Uhr da (was ich für eine normale Uhrzeit für eine Anreise halte) und wir mussten mit unserem deutschen Handy eine amerikanische Nummer anrufen, ein sehr teurer unnötiger Anruf. Verwunderlich ist, dass bei dem Preis, den wir für 2 Übernachtungen gezahlt haben, noch ene Resort-Fee von 25$/Tag dazu kam. Wofür diese Fee genau war, konnte uns der Herr nicht sagen, es war die Policy... aha. Ich kann nicht verstehen, wofür diese 25 $ sein sollen. Da wir uns nicht aufregen wollten, haben wir es gezahlt - allerdings gefiel uns das gar nicht. Es gibt auf Marathon ein weiteres Hotel (ich glaube, es hieß "Tranquility Bay"), das ebenfalls zu den Singh Resorts gehört. würde ich das nächste mal eher buchen, weil es viel mehr bietet als das Coral Lagoon Resort. Es gibt dort ein Restaurant und die Poollandschaft ist viel besser und größer.
