“nice little and cozy hotel 6-7 blocks to duval st”

nice little hotel. close to everything but far enough to relax peacefully too. will be staying here again. the staffs are also very friendly esp Ray. Ray made sure to make you have a pleasurable stay and took care of your needs for Duval night life and dining.

all the area surrounding was very peaceful. yet very close to all the dining drinking and water areas.

“Cute place with charm at a wonderful price”

Usually stay in larger hotel, but really enjoyed the simplicity and comfort of this very nice, quaint place. The breakfast spread was quite plentiful...and the beds were very comfortable. We will stay there again.

“Great Location, Helpfull Staff, Great Rooms”

The room is neat and clean. The entire place is really cool and cute and each room looks like a doll house. The morning breakfast by the pool is a great idea and the location, it couldn't be better. It's close enough to Duval so you can walk. You can also walk to the Ferry Terminal if you came in by boat. Will definitely stay there again.

“Lots of value for the money”

The room was small, but very neat and clean. My sister and I just needed a place to lay our heads as we knew we would spend our days out and about. The hotel was nice and clean, has a small pool and a nice patio area near the pool. For the money, this was a very nice place. i would stay here again.

“I will definitely stay here next time!”

This hotel has been recently remodeled. It is close to everything and very reasonable. If you want a lot of bells and whistles you will have to stay elsewhere and pay much, much more. Walk to Harpoon Harry's for breakfast and Finnegan's Wake for dinner. Easy walk to Dry Tortugas Ferry and sunset sailing ships, etc. Rent bicycles one block away.

“making plans to go back next year”

We found the hotel close enough to Duval st. to enjoy but no riff raff making noise at the end of the night. Great breakfast included in the room rate. Pool small but enjoyable. Overall I would have to say this help make a week in Key west very enjoyable!!!

“Good small hotel, reasonably priced”

Enjoyed our stay , even though the rain flooded the road outside, the staff waded accross and set up breakfast in reception . they were very helpful and friendly. the walk into downtown was about ten minutes, and even less to the harbour side. very happy with this hotel.

“Simply Convenient”

For just the two of us it was a basic setup with basic amentities for an overnight stay. Comfortable. Convenient location to downtown area.

There are all kinds of shops in which to purchase items for yourself and others. The price ranges vary as well. The city is unique and has a lot of history with a tropical flair. Getting around is easy. The trolley tour is awesome and enables you to disembark wherever you like.

“Probably Won't Go Back”

Nice location and the building's balcony is pretty sweet but the bad attitude of the front desk lady upon check out will probably keep us from returning.

“very good price for location in walking distance of most everything and only 8.00 a person cab fare”

just wish they would have had a vending machine

When to go

we went the first week of Oct and it had just cooled off and was a slower time of year for them, some restaurants closed but so many to choose from didn't matter, still took summer clothes but with a light jacket just in case, loved Hemingeay's house and the garden at West Martello Tower, Cafe Sole near where we stayed was great as was the restaurant Lattitudes at Sunset Key
