Amazing view! Great location! Great staff.... we had a problem with the room cleaning one day... the staff solve it immediately. It’s a hotel with great potential.... but it could be better! The rooms are not sound proof, they are small and installations are old.... even though those observations, our stay was very pleasent.

Great hotel on the beach
We were very happy with our staying at Torres da Cachoeira. The staff is wonderful, it’s located in a quiet area where you can rest and relax. Also it’s only 5 minutes driving to Canasvieiras and all the good restaurants and shopping the area offers. It’s super clean all the time. The pool area is great and the restaurant is pretty good too with reasonable prices. They offer beach service with umbrellas and chairs. The only negative was the beach towels, very cheap and small but they told us they’re replacing them all with better ones.

Wonderful communal facilities. Bathrooms a little aged. Forgot our dinner order for 90minutes. Breakfast tasty. Great access to beach! Verry quiet neighbourhood and few surrounding dinner options in mid-November.

Don't stay here
the hotel lobby looks amazing, as well as the pool area. once you get in the room you get a nice breeze of urine smell, which after a few hours you get used to. spider webs and ants poorly maintained. such a huge difference between the room and the lobby. wifi is about 2 kb a second for all the hotel and drops all the time. if you don't stay in the hotel, it's fine. breakfast was okay.

Great hotel, nice, quiet location
This hotel is great. I went during the low season, so there were few people around. It wasn't entirely clear that the restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner, but there was bar and room service with food. Still, it was super quiet - a bit eerie at first, but very calm with the beach right outside the hotel. I didn't explore the area outside the hotel or the beach, but the island seems really cool. The hotel is super near the northern tip of the island - you can see the curvature from the beach! I had a normal view room but had a partial view of the beach and the ocean and a great view of the lush greenery of the island! The staff are very nice and helpful, and the food is good. The breakfast has a variety of options - absolutely lovely to eat breakfast with a view of the beach! A few downsides. The Wi-Fi was only really strong in the lobby. Elsewhere, especially in the rooms, the connection was poor, if it even connected. In addition, it was not particularly clear that the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner, though there were food and drinks at the bar. The rooms were not well sound-proofed, either - definitely needs to be fixed. Overall, a great stay. I will surely return at any point in the sure. The hotel must be great during high season!

Minha opção em Floripa!
As instalações do hotel são perfeitas! Confortáveis e bem cuidadas. O restaurante tem boas opções a preços justos e as opções de lazer são boas e variadas. Senti falta apenas de uma academia. Pena que o tempo não nos permitiu aproveitar as piscinas ou a praia, mas com certeza, o Torres da Cachoeira é a minha opção em Floripa a partir de agora!

Hotel bem estruturado em frente à praia. Servico cordial, ótimo café da manhã, piscina ao ar livre e outra aquecida. Quartos com varanda com vista para o mar. Pontos favoráveis: O hotel tem tudo pra ser agradável: localização boa, a vista é linda (do 4. andar, por do sol e visão do mar magníficos. Atendentes simpáticos. Pontos desfavoráveis: -Falha na manutenção (apto 409) não havia água fria. Todas as torneiras emperradas. Só água fervendo. -Apesar de poucos hóspedes, por várias vezes precisei pedir toalha de rosto. - Café da manhã mesmice nos 9 dias… - Restaurante: nas tardes, o restaurante fica vazio e os garçons, sem ter o que fazer (nem ganhar!). Pedi um café. Só tinha expresso e de cápsula (Nespresso). Que tal oferecerem um café colonial decente, aberto ao público? Não querem ganhar dinheiro? Na região, não há nenhum lugar adequado. Inovem!

Após 2 anos sem conseguir tirar ferias a experiência nao foi boa. Comecando pelo check in, tumultuado, ao chegar nos quartos o ar condicionado nao funcionava, nao gelava, nao esquentava e apresentava erro, resolvi tomar um banho e o chuveiro com agua gelada. No horário do jantar, pratos caros e atendimento demorado. Reclamei sobre o chuveiro, problema foi solucionado, porem ar condicionado fiquei o período todo sem solução. O caminho para praia muito bonito apesar da falta de acessibilidade para quem tem algum tipo de deficiência. madeiras quebradas, fios da iluminação aparentes e sem cobertura para proteção. Em suma, experiência nota zero. nao volto mais! Existem melhores opções melhores com preços acessíveis

Muito bom.
Quarto era bom, mas o que incomodou um pouco foi que não era cama de casal, e sim duas de solteiro encostadas. A Banheira não tinha o tampão de fechamento. Shampooo e condicionador não tinha no dispenser. O café era ótimo. A piscina aquecida muito boa, pena que os próprios hóspedes não respeitavam os horários de entrada ou saída.

O hotel estava com a piscina aquecida podendo ser utilizada apenas 1h por dia, com agendamento, as áreas comuns eram boas em geral porém o barulho durante a noite de outros hóspedes fazendo festa com música alta até as 5 da manhã foi insuportável.

Gosto da localização e hotel, mas o barulho de máquinas/motores ao lado do quarto durante a noite é péssimo. Também percebi a falta de manutenção no banheiro como: vaso e acento sanitários, mangueira e chuveirinho da ducha higiênica; no quarto os abajures com luz irregulares.
