We were surprised that the front desk staff spoke great English! It’s in the central part of town very close to restaurants and the bus station. Good price and great facility.

Avoid HOLA HOTEL - it is primitive!
I have had much better bathrooms while camping than one has here. I had to remove the shower head and clean it myself - water never hot and the sink had no plug so that I could fill the basin and only cold water--- that may be the custom in Brazilian homes - but at a hotel?!? Staff was cold and of course essentially spoke not a word of English. I had lost a bag and asked for a survival kit - maybe a toothbrush or razor? They pointed to the pharmacy down the road. Nothing. And a sliver of soap, no shampoo, towels in sad shape, hard, uncomfortable bed, internet that was free but absolutely worthless-- only worked in the lobby but dial-up 20 years ago was much faster than this. Staff changed all the time and did their thing without even recognizing our presence. Breakfast was weird - juices that were watered-down and tables that wobbled. The pool was so filthy that when I asked about swimming the manager looked out and said "I better get someone to clean it first!" (They never did). Not much of a pool anyway, more a wide spot in the cement… AVOID THIS HOTEL for business or pleasure - it simply is HORRIBLE and not a pleasure! And US $110/night for this? Ridicules!

Friendly staff, great location, free breakfast
Hotel is very clean, comfortable, and convenient to bars and restaurants in Lagoa plus it is right across the street from the bus station which makes it easy for you to get a bus to go any where in Floripa. Staff was very helpful even though I cannot speak Portuguese, especially from Luri who would use google translator to give me information on all the great beaches to go to. They also have a delicious free breakfast. They also have a pool to relax in.

Perto de restaurantes, supermercado, terminal de ônibus. Local limpo e organizado. Cafe da manhã bom com algumas frutas, sucos naturais, bolo, pao, ovo, salsicha. O unico inconveniente é uma funcionária idosa que fica na area do cafe da manha. Ela é grosseira e mal educada. Os hospedes dao bom dia e ela nem olha pra cara da pessoa e ja pergunta qual o quarto. Em um dia 2 hospedes sairam do café e ela ficou falando mal delas com outra funcionária na nossa frente.

Maravilhosa estadia!!
Segunda vez que fico nesse hotel no centrinho da Lagoa da Conceição. O gerente super simpático, pessoa de fácil trato. Hotel super bem localizado ao lado doterminal de onibus urbano , também de uma super padaria e do Gaucho que serve uma comidinha caseira e uma cerveja geladissima. Bom, pratico , refinado e com preço justo. Com certeza volto ano que vem.

Conhecendo Floripa
O hotel tem um café da manhã bem bom. Tem frutas, suco natural, pães, bolos, ovo mexido. Achei bem gostoso. Quarto limpo todos os dias. A localização tb é mto boa. Próximo de bares, restaurantes, mercados. E achei excelente pra acessar diversos pontos da ilha (norte e sul) e perto do terminal de barcos de onde sai o passeio pela costa da lagoa.

Foi uma boa experiência. O quarto tem tamanho bom, chuveiro ótimo (mas casava água do box). Não há isolamento acústico, então o barulho da rua e do liquidificador pode ser incômodo para os mais sensíveis. Estacionamento no hotel é pequeno e estava incluso no reserva, porém há estacionamento na frente de do hotel e pela nossa experiência não há problema, a cidade é segura. Bares e restaurantes a uma curta distância para ir a pé e aproveitar a noite sem precisar de carro. Nós hospedaríamos novamente

O hotel é pequeno e parece razoavelmente novo, criei uma expectativa e ela foi superada em dois pontos: o atendimento do gerente foi excepcional, resolvendo a questão que eu tive, e o café da manhã foi melhor do que eu esperava, da pra ver carinho nos detalhes. Quarto é beeem limpo, e o chuveiro é ótimo.
