“We would choose it again”

The hotel is nice and clean with a beautiful garden. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is located near Lago de Peténitza and Flores (walking distance). We would choose it again.

It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the pool was nice and cool. It was also very inexpensive and close to sites like Flores. I felt safe there, which was nice. I would recommend it to anyone who was planning on staying in Santa Elena or Flores. It's an easy drive to Tikal.

Nice hacienda hotel located outside of Flores, but withhin easy and safe walking distance to lake and flores. Large clean bathroom with lots of hot water and good pressure. Comfortable beds and working ac. Wifi available and no charge for it. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Disco noise is a nuisance but it ends at midnight or ask for a room away from disco. Reception staff speak very good English.

“Nice hotel, not so nice location.”

The hotel was nice for our one night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The AC unit in our room was kind of loud, so not ideal for light sleepers. Although I like the hotel, the location was not the best one, particularly at night. I enjoyed our stay there. By the way, I'm fluent in Spanish so never had a problem communicating with the staff. I'm not sure if that'd be an issue for you all.
