“Just OK”

We stayed two nights and the room was only partially cleaned. Our beds weren't made and the sink not cleaned. We mentioned it to the person at the desk. Just not the usual cleanliness and hospitality that we have learned to expect.

First time we stayed there...it was very nice.

No one mentioned that the freight train comes through at 1 AM! Very loudly.

enjoied the 2 night stay. i sleeped as good as if i where at home. best free breakfast i have ever had in any hotel. i would stay again and when i travel i will look for a windgate.

The room was very wonderful, very peaceful and the cleanliness wasn't much of a problem neither.

The overall look of the hotel was nice, the room looked very nice, the breakfast was good. The best part was the beds, they were very comfortable. The cons, the sink drained really slow. Also the pool was not clean at all and was old, they really need to replace it. I was disappointed that we were not able to swim which was something we were really looking forword to. Also the hottub was under maintance the 5 days we were there. When I asked the staff about it they said they expect it to be up and running today, which never happened. I spoke to a women that had been staying at the hotal for over a month and she said it had been down most of that time. Overall, just ok, I dont think we will stay there next time, mostly due to the pool.

Fairly good for overnight, not more than that...

“Good location”

Good location for overnight stop - however the breakfast was very disappointing. Now I expected minimal offerings but biscuit and gravy after 18 hours of driving the previous day did not look great. Grabbed an OJ juice and headed to the local waffle-house. Great WH and very friendly service. For the price paid though the hotel was everything you could expect, clean and comfortable rooms. We were a large party requested two rooms together which was provided, rang to say we would be a late check-in and they were very accommodating.

Enough conveinence around the area
