“Would go back”

Great location, within walking distance to everything. Just one complaint; we ran out of facial tissue in our room and when I asked the cleaning lady for another box she said their were none left in the hotel. Note that if you have a problem walking up stairs, this hotel is not for you.

“Great Hotel”

Hotel Strozzi Palace was a great place to stay. Just a 5 minute walk to the Dom and all the main sights in Florence it well situated. The hotel itself is easy to find (as easy as any in a medieval city) and the service was great. As we drove to Florence the hotel has a parking service that comes and picks up your vehicle and secures it during your stay. The cost was reasonable and given the security it a highly recommended service. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are numerous ones within 100 feet. Overall we would stay here again.

“Great location; fine hotel”

Stayed 3 nights and was very pleased with the hotel - room was large and comfortable, breakfast provided a great start to the day, (tip - ask for a cappucino or espresso as the coffee in the pot is VERY strong), location was fantastic - short walk from everything.

“Good location”

Michaelangello room which my family stayed was quite good. I liked the view from the window which we can reached by small wooden staircase. It made us feel lkie we were in the attic.

“Great Hotel near Duomo”

We booked a Quadruple room (2 adults & 2 kids). We were very happy with the hotel. First of all, it is close to the train station (about 12 mins by walk). Then it is so close to the Duomo. We went early in the morning to climb Duomo to the top and really enjoyed it. The breakfast in the hotel is okay...neither too good nor too bad. The hotel room was large and spacious. The bathroom was good too. We had absolutely no complaints. Nearby, on the way to Duomo are good restaurants, good Gelato shop and a small wine shop too. In future, I'll come here again.

“Excellent Location”

The room we had was spacious and comfortable for three, and we could walk everywhere. The only problem we had was lack of a shower curtain, a minor detail. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

“Great Hotel in Florence”

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and we're trully satisfied with the Hotel especialy in terms of price and satisfaction due to central location of the hotel everything in florence can be reached on foot. Just one corner from the Hotel you will find on of the best shopping streets in florence if you're intrested in the high street fashion. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends planning to visit Florence.

“Well Located”

This hotel is near main attractions. The reception is in the first floor and to get the elevator there are a few steps too. the parking is not at the hotel. Staff is helpful and the room is good. You can walk from the hotel to all main attractions (duomo, museums, shopping...)

The hotel was located in a convenient place to look around the city. The room was clean. Although the breakfast was a bit poor, I enjoyed wonderful Italian cuisine outside the hotel. So I didn't care about it.
