Dear Kalinka,The room you had booked and which we assigned to you is a very beautiful ground-floor junior suite with a spacious garden, a large double bedroom, a sitting area, and a bathroom. The fact that you didn't appreciated it surprised us. Perhaps you simply don't prefer ground-floor accommodations, or maybe the sun wasn't shining at that time. In an effort to accommodate your preferences, I then offered you a new spacious room on the second floor with a balcony and a very big bathroom, which is also accessible to people with disabilities. Honestly I've never received such an unpleasant comment. Accessible rooms for people with disabilities are more spacious and appreciated by all guests. Your comment seems out of place and inappropriate, as if accessible rooms shouldn't be sold on an equal footing with others. Your comment speaks more about you than it does about us, and it seems unnecessary to respond further.Sincerely,

So sorry for this review. We had a problem with the room that was assigned to you and that's why we tried to solve by giving you 2 different rooms instead of just one big. We think that 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms are more than equivalent to compensate the Suite inconvenience
