“Pretty good place to stay”

Pretty good place to stay. A bit away from the center part of the city. Room was very spacious. Hotel staff could have been a bit more helpful. Room was a bit warm. Overall a good experience.

“Great hidden hotel”

Was a great find. Hidden on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle and yet only a stones throw away from the major attractions. Rooms very clean and well kept and overall is a fairly modern hotel. Great find for the price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

“Relatively quiet...”

We were only in Florence for one night, so it's difficult to review a hotel after such a short time period. However, we were pleased with the staff and the comfort of the room. The one thing we can say, however, is that although the hotel states on their website that their rooms are 'sound-proofed' ours was not. We could hear our neighbors (above) walk around, flush the toilet, and open & close their closet door. Fortunately they settled down quickly (and didn't turn on their television). Otherwise, it was very quiet. And since the hotel is made up of several building around a courtyard it's very possible that many are, in fact, sound-proofed. We would consider staying here again since it's in a good location in a quiet neighborhood.

“Great location, great service”

Hotel is conveniently located near many attractions but a bit difficult to find. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and confortable. Good underground parking.

“A Bit Dissapointed”

Expedia has this hotel listed as a 4 star. My idea of a 4 star is considerably different. coming from the Hilton in rome which IS a 5 star it was a big let down. There was no safe in the room. We only had access to one key. And the Breakfast Buffet - was not worth paying for. I can get my own cereal. On the upside, it was in more of a residential neighborhood with some good resturants nearby. Florence is small and allof the attractions are easily within walking distance.

“Hotel situato a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal Duomo di Firenze”

La posizione dell'Hotel è buona, si trova nella zona di San Marco dove si possono visitare tanti monumenti, e a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. La camera standard è semplice, forse un pò anonima . Suggerisco di cambiare le luci del comodino che sono retro e fanno poca luce. Colazione OK, molto gentili.

“In 20min zu Fuß zum Domplatz”

alles in Ordnung, Parkplätze am Hotel (Tiefgarage) für 10€/Tag, sehr freundlich und fair, bei der Anfahrt aufpassen, dass man nicht in die Verbotszone (Kameras) rauscht - am besten die Navi-Nebenstrassen meiden und über die Schnellstrasse über den Hinterhof anfahren...
