“Fabulous hotel in great location”

Right on the Arno River, a few blocks from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. A lovely restaurant and very nice breakfast buffet. the concierge was very helpful in arranging entry tickets for the Uffizi and the Academia, so we did not have to wait in long lines. There were great little restaurants nearby. The best thing was that we asked for a quiet room and it was very, very quiet! It was also spacious and very attractive.

Fantastic hotel- especially for the price. We were lucky enough to get a room with a view of the lake which was absolutely beautiful. The staff are very pleasant and made us feel welcome. The hotel was very clean and had an outstanding restaurant. One of the best things about this hotel was the location- a short walking distance from Florence's main attractions as well as the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were attentive and dealt with any difficulties and requests promptly. The hotel is situated close to the sites on the banks of the Arno. The hotel was well maintained and clean and overall provided a high standard of service.

This hotel was one of the nicest we've stayed at. The concierge was extremely helpful. The location was just perfect -- walking distance to all the wonderful attractions. We highly recommend this hotel and this is the hotel we would definitely choose on our next visit to Florence. Also, the view from our window was fantastic -- overlooking the Arno River. There was only one negative--- the shower door covered only one-third of the tub so we had to be careful not to get water on the floor each time we took a shower. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel.

“Amazing Hotel for the price”

This hotel was great. We had a great view of the Arno river and our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Hotel was walking distance away from everything. The staff was great, always very helpful. If you are not leaving the town of Florence there's no need to rent a car. If you do need a car be sure to make your reservations prior to your arrival otherwise no one will give you a car at the airport. For authentic italian food and great wine, try to check out the local restaurants away from the center of town. Nice experience. Walking shoes are a must as heels don't fare well on cobblestones. Overall we had an amazing time. The hotel was wonderful.
