“Loved Florence”

The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. The location was within walking distance of everything and it felt safe walking home at night. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good. Overall, the hotel was very nice.

“great for a single, would definitely go back”

my single room was small, but lovely. the hotel was close to my daughter's apartment and convenient to most destinations. i was able to get around nicely by myself when she was in class. the staff was very helpful and friendly. when i extended my stay for a night, i didn't get the same wonderful rate i found online, but they did discount their standard rate a few euros. lovely old hotel w/nice lobby, elevator (lift!), modern bathrooms, beautiful breakfast room, and very comfy beds. i have already recommended the hotel to other visiting parents in my daughter's program.

“Perfect centre for sight seeing”

This hotel was in agreat position for all of the sights. Staff were all very freindly and helpful, and willing to give good recomendations for places to eat. The rooms were better than some 5* hotels we've been to and were clean and very comfortable. The only improvement in the room would be tea/coffee facilities, and the only improvement in the hotels facilities would be if the bar opened longer (at the moment it is only opened from 6pm till 8pm).

“Recommended”

Close to major attractions on foot: 10 minutes to dom, 15-20 to ufficie. Great all you can eat buffet next to the hotel, wonderful $$$ restaurant around the corner (taverna del bronzino). Helpful receptionists, good breakfast, reasonable prices.

“Brilliant three star hotel with a relaxed atmosphere”

Check in was well organised and the people were very cheerful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was also in a quiet part of Florence but close enough to walk to all the major sights. Breakfast was plentiful and you could eat and drink as much as you liked in a pleasant environment. This is a very nice three star hotel.

“Extremely happy with all aspects of this hotel!”

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Florence, Italy as it is just blocks from all the major attractions. It is beautiful and clean, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. We could not have been happier with this hotel choice, and we would highly recommend it.

“Great experience”

Everything about this hotel was superb from our view; great location, large rooms, very good continental breakfast, helpful staff who spoke English quite well and very clean. A 15 minute walk to the train station; if you're in good shape, tote your luggage versus getting a taxi or using the bus (San Marco stop a block away). The Accademia is 3 minutes from the hotel, and the Duomo just 10.
