The Tuscan restaurant "Enoteca del Monsignore" offers traditional Tuscan cuisine using seasonal local ingredients as well as a selection of Tuscan wines. The restaurant is open for dinner. From April to September it is closed on Mondays and on Tuesdays, in March and in November it is open on Friday and on Saturday. Guests can indulge at the Spa with Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, facials and body treatments and a fitness room (the spa services are with fee). One swimming pool is just for couples and the other for families and children, who can also have fun at the playground area which includes table tennis, volleyball and soccer grounds, tennis court and mountain bike trails. The staff organize cooking classes, the white truffle search (October to December) and guided visits to art cities.

From April 1st to 17th it is only open on Friday and Saturday evenings. From April 18 to May 31 and from October 1 to November 10 it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. From June 1 to September 30 it is open every evening. Reservation is necessary.
