Bright, central location
Check-in was fantastic: fast and helpful Bright, clean hotel in a superb central location. Good continental breakfast. Only downside: tiny bathroom with a light which didn't work

Nice but noisy
Hotel is very well located, closed to most tourist sites, the room was clean and comfy, the only problem was the noise, because of the acoustics of the room we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, especially footsteps, things dropping on the floor and children’s cry, fortunately later in the night the noise gave us a break and we could sleep well.

You must remember the building is old and city laws determine the renovations, etc. We were upgraded to a room with a view but the bathroom is an add on and the shower was a head on the wall between the sink and the toilet

This was a nice location. It is centrally locates and made getting around easy. The water pressure in the shower was less than a dribble.

Great value for money
Good location being in the center of Florence, shopping Centers, restaurants. Easy to get rides and accessible via train, bus & taxis. Clean rooms & befdings, available basic amenities like wifi, TV, etc. friendly staff, and great breakfast.

Overall not a bad hotel. But it’s was very old and not in a great condition. I am surprised that it is a 3 Star place. I feel it should be more like a 1 Star hotel

Location was brilliant. The hotel itself was below average. We are sure that the beds had bed bugs as we were itching and were bitten every day. Breakfast was ok but the cakes were dry.

Brilliant location but this hotel is very much in need of some upkeep. The decor is old and tired and the bathrooms are an assault on the senses. Breakfast is very limited but if all you're after us a place to Kay your head this will do just fine.

Nice hotel, right on the town's main square. Our room faced the square and we enjoyed people watching and street performances from above. The bathroom is CRAMPED. It is like being in an RV bathroom. The entire room gets wet when you shower. Nice breakfast, very helpful and pleasant staff.

Very good location
Very good location since it was in the center of the old city and everything was in easy walking distance. The hotel.com ap did not hold this booking and for a second hotel we stayed at could not find it when booking reference was applied. I would not trust it in future.

Excellent service, clean and close to everything.
The hotel was very close to everyrhing and the hotel receptionist during the day was very nice to let us leave our luggages. He was very helpful in directing is where to go and how to get to places. I will highly recommend the hotel and will come back.

Perfect for what I was looking for
This hotel was perfect for my winter travels with my two brothers. Its not fancy, but the staff is amazing and friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Great bargain.

The only plus of this hotel is that it is situated in the heart of Florence. The room was cold. The dust was flying on the floor and desk. There is no shower cabin, the shower is fitted in the corner of the toilet. The window was shuttered as in prison, no day light. I have never seen such a poor breakfast as in this hotel. The breakfast area was quite small. The people had to wait for the available table. The old lift is very noisy. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. But the staff was very welcome and helpful.

The breakfast is very poor and service is bad
Good location but the service is 0. We were 3 pers and they always put for us shampoo for 1 pers. The breakfast is poor and not worth the amount we paid. At the checkout they charged us the bottle of water that we drunk during the breakfast. Why put them if they wanted to charge people ? The bathroom are very primitive and old. I recommand this place of u are only staying 1 night but not more.

Bad shower space!
The family room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids but I don't like the shower space which included toilet bowl. The hotel is old both ambiance and decoration.

Great location, but strange bathroom
Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. 4th floor with small elevator, but it did the job. Easy to come and go. Having the entire bathroom in the shower was less than ideal, but floor sloped down enough by the drain to where it wasn't really an issue. Floor still got very wet and might have been annoying if we stayed multiple nights. AC unit power was off so it wasn't working. Luckily the night was cool so opening the windows made it comfortable, but would've preferred the white noise to drown out the noise from the hallway and other rooms. Building is old so the sound travels. Breakfast in the morning was decent. Again the location was amazing, close to Uffizi and Accademia as well as the Duomo. 10-15 minute walk to train station. Lots of good food in the area

The location is amazing, close to all attractions and monuments. Easy walk from the railway station. the bathroom is extremely tiny and the air conditioning was not in operation. With the windows open it is very noisy from the square below.
