“Inconvenient & dated”

“Hotel Londra - would stay again”
Except for a few run-ins with staff (waiter got huffy when he misunderstood where to deliver food; you can stand at the front desk forever and they won't acknowledge you ... unless you speak) it was fine. My maid never replenished my fridge water even tho I left notes and called the front desk, but the room was very clean. Very convenient location to walk to train station, restaurants, and most sights. So pettiness aside on my part, it was a good hotel.
“Close to Train Station far from downtown”
Overall a good stay, this is probably the closest it gets to US Hotel rating and standards that I've seen in Europe, the rooms could use a revamp since they are a bit tired already but overall it was comfy and a decent deal, it is very convienent if you are traveling in or out of Florence by train since it is less than two blocks away from walking distance of SMN Train station but the walk to sight seeing is about a mile and a half or two.

“Nice quite hotel in the down town area”
The hotel is near the main station and therefore close to main sightseeing sports of Florence. And for travelling outside of florence the nearby train and bus station are really convenient. The hotel is located on a quite street. The room and bathroom are spacious. Our breakfast was good, there's plenty of choice even if you like to wake up late. There's little to complaint about. So I really like to recommend this hotel.

Fosse stato un 3 stelle non ci sarebbe stato nulla di importante da eccepire, "spacciandosi" invece per un 4 stelle le critiche vanno fatte eccome! Le parti comuni dell'hotel erano più che dignitose, le camere invece si presentavano più simili a quelle di un 2 stelle. Pulizia nella norma.

Rien à dire : patron très sympathique et commerçant, hotel très bien situé, petit déjeuner royal, chambres propres et spacieuses.

Ottima posizione per chi arriva dalla Stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Albergo confortevole e con tutti i servizi, salve alcune piccole mancate manutenzioni (che però potrebbero aver riguardato anche solo la mia stanza, perché l'albergo si presenta molto bene) e che comunque sono totalmente trascurabili nella valutazione generale dell'hotel, che per me è ottima. Al ristorante si mangia benissimo, decisamente consigliato.

Das Zimmer ist sehr modern gewesen. Service und Frühstück sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz zentral zum Dom, ist jedoch alles fuläufig zu erreichen.
“ganz ok”
unser Zimmer hatte nichts gemein mit dem Bildern von der Internetseite des Hotels. Für Florenz/Toskana war es aber mit seinem gemütlichen Charme voll ok. Ein Pluspunkt erhält das tolle Frühstück.
