Convenient location to train station and central Florence. Hotel staff was very kind and hotel was clean. Room was available prior to check in time which was great! Quiet area overall but walls were thin- we could hear our neighbors very clearly. Bed and pillows were comfy and also amazing water pressure in shower.

Hotel was nicely furbished, just as what the website showed, very amazing. Very close to the train station, approximately 6 minutes. Staffs were nice and helpful. Yet, the soundproof of the rooms can be improved, we stayed here for three nights and every morning we were woken up by guests closing their room doors or the staffs closing doors of the utility room, which is just opposite to our room. It would be a better stay if they improve their soundproof facilities.

I like the design of the room. The hotel is very new and the cleanliness is good. Located around railway station is very easy for us to access. And the front desk staff are nice and warm. Breakfast is also good with plenty of choices and comfy sitting area. Highly recommended!
