The hotel is located in a convenient place, near by public transportation, if you are in a good shape you can also walk and it is outside the ZTL zone if you are renting a car. Breakfast was really good, we received wine as a welcome and the room was clean, beds confortable and with street view. The only issue the elevator broke the day we left and we had to carry our bags from the 4th floor.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. This hotel is located close to restaurants and stores. Very close to the center as well. They are friendly and get you taxis when needed. I recommend this hotel when you are in Florence.

Nice and very clean hotel
Check in and check out were very smooth and easy. The front desk representatives were absolutely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice and is located in a safe residential area. It’s about 20 minute walk to historic center. Breakfast was wonderful. We recommend this hotel and will book it again in future.

Great little hotel that has everything you need in a quieter area of florence but still easily walkable into the centre in about 25 mins and not far at all from santa croce square. Found some amazing restaurants nearby we would never have found if we hadnt been staying here. Good value and convenient. Otuer side of town from the station but we abke to get a locak bus fairly easily betwueen the two. Would stay again

We liked the warm reception and the availability at the front desk.The girls were very friendly Our room was very small but good thing for the beautifull terrace. The area was very nice an quiet not far from everything. We would return anytime and wish we will do.

Great place to stay
Comfortable hotel off the beaten path, but still close enough to get to sights easily enough. Restaurants, bank, small grocery store all close as well. Staff was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE 10/10
Before arriving, Jasmina was very quick to respond to my emails with lots of information about the hotel and how to get there from the train station. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very enthusiastic Lucia. She went above and beyond to give us all the information we could possibly require about the room, the hotel, the local area and Florence as a whole. The rooms were absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean. Breakfast each morning was absolutely lovely. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from a fabulous little shopping strip. You can stroll along that shopping strip for 8 or 10 minutes to reach more brilliant shopping in central Florence. It is only a 5-minute walk to the river with easy access to Ponte Vecchio. The hotel is located in a safe and quiet area and all the staff were worth absolutely impeccable. I hope to one day return to Florence and I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. It comes very highly recommended!

The hotel was only about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. The staff was able to help arrange tours and taxi service. The staff, all,were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a very good value. My room was very comfortable and with good storage even though tiny. I was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is very nice. Staff is also very nice. Overall I very much enjoy the hotel and the value provided.

Located in the city center
Well located hotel in the center of Florence. We had a room next to the entrance of the hotel so we were hearing all the noise and talks from the reception during the night and early morning. Otherwise the breakfast was nice (basic continental breakfast) and the staff friendly. The room was small but offered everything needed to get clean and sleep. We got a free bottle of of Chianti at pur arrival :)

The person at the reception desk (forgot her name😓) was really friendly and advised on the best ways to get around and the best places to visit in Florence. Bus stop is nearby the hotel and a good number of restaurants are at walking distance.

The room was small compared to Australian standards but it was clean and had coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The staff were very helpful with directions and bus timetables. We were leaving early and didn't have time for breakfast but the allowed us to go and get provisions to take with us

It was a long walk from the train station. Difficult for people with lots of luggage . I only had a backpack. Breakfast was good. Micro room. Asked for 2 twin beds in advance, did not get them. AC was great on 4 th floor.
