“Excellent Location”

PERFECT Location. Just around the corner from the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Bus Terminal if you come from the airport. The staff is very helpful and courteous eventhough their English is limited. Just try to understand them. The rooms and bedsheets were very clean. No foul odor in the room. The location is close to all the major galleries, the Duomo and Shopping. Last trip November 2006

“great hotel - great location”

We stayed in the nicer of three sections of the three hotels. One couple in our party were in another section. Be sure to state when traveling with others if you want to stay in the same section.

“Excellent”

The hotel rooms were extremely modern and beautiful. Excellent location with respect to Madrid's center. I had an amazing exerpeince and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

“Great place to visit”

Hotel was really nice and comfortable and literally accross the road from the station, but was not noisy. The room was lovely and had everything in it that was needed with a superb bathroom. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was so close to everything. The Dumo was a 15 min walk, but we got to walk through the markets and the other sights. The buses were literally across the road as well. Breakfast was the usual continental affai, but was substantial and kept us going all day. The views from there were brilliant.

“Great hotel in city center”

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location next to the train station and right in city center. Florence is great for walkers. Hotel provided a good breakfast every morning. You can arrive early and leave your luggage with the front desk to explore the city. I give this hotel an A.

The room was very modern and nice. The room smelled clean and WAS clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and filling. The lobby smelled a little bit funky.

“Good Hotel, Great Location”

The Hotel staff is helpful, but while they speak english, they have thick accents which makes it hard to understand them sometimes, and some terms I used they weren't familar with. The room was small but nice. The breakfast was okay, not the food you expect when you are in Itay. The location of the hotel is the best part. It is 1/2 a block from the train station, so if you are traveling aroung Italy, you don't have to drag your luggage too far. And all of the major attractions are only a few mins walk away.

“best deal, price wise”

It was a good choice to select this hotel, in comparision with the price I paid for, It is a good deal, basically that what you could expect for a hotel on Italy.

We really liked this hotel - it was within walking distance of the train station which was nice. Very clean and comfortable. The internet was down while we were there, but their sister hotel, about a block away, let us use theirs.
