“Nice hotel if you have ear plugs...”

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The room was clean but windows are not sound proof at all. Nights are very noisy with traffic and people talking on the the streets. I had to wear my ear plugs to get some sleep. The bathroom was clean and modern but there were no hooks or racks to hang towels. Buffet breakfast was nice.

“Great hotel for the price”

Very close to train station and restaurants, shopping, and right next door to bus station. When you walk into the hotel lobby, it is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The common areas are very nice. The first room we had was right on the street and it was noisy all night, so we asked for an interior room the next night and they graciously accommodated us. It was actually nicer and much quieter. The rooms were small, but very nice and the bathrooms were very beautiful and immaculate.

“Great deal on Florence hotel”

Great location. Very nice rooms. Could walk everyone in Florence easily. Just across the street from the train/bus station. Staff were helpful with any questions. The breakfast that was included was very good. Great value for the money.

“Convenient but quiet location.”

Visible from the train/bus station where the airport bus dropped us off. Staff were very helpful with a variety of enquiries. Only moan would be no kettle in room, but was able to get hot water for cups of tea/coffee from the buffet breakfast bar area. No in-room safe and was a bit concerned about the security of the vernada doors in room. Very quiet location. Within very easy walking distance of everything, though with the bus/train station very close, going further around/outside of Florence would have been a doddle, if had wanted to do that this visit.

“Club hotel - cute and comfy.”

I had several nights at the Club Hotel. Local very close to the train station and an easy walk to all of the city sites which I felt safe doing alone at night. Its on a busy street with the Laundromat and supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The staff were very helpful with good local knowlegde and i noticed that they were multilingual (Itatian, English and some Spanish). External of the building a bit old and run down but foyer and breakfast area was nice. Breakfast was good - tea/ coffee, fresh breads, tarts, cereal, etc with both sweet and savory options which they kept refilling. Two lifts both which are slow and small. The room itself had a small but newly renovated bathroom. The bedroom was small but had good air-conditioning. The TV was not LCD as advertised but then who goes overseas to spend time watching TV. The only night noise was the toilet flushing upstairs....a little irritating if your a light sleeper but I was fine. Overall I'd stay here again.

“It is ok but...”

Air-condition was broken in that days, and it could not be fixed before I leave.
