Well located to explore the city. Great hospitality, nice people. Low priced but sufficient breakfast. The windows to the street seem to be old, so there was almost no isolation from noise, but after midnight the city gets quiet and you'll get used to it I really liked my stay and would come again

Central position near the railway station. Good breakfast. 10 mins walk to Duomo. Celestino and staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there on a future visit.

Stay as far away as possible
This is an old apartment house converted into a "hotel." The room is very small, you will be barely able to walk around the bed, with dark wallpaper, small bed, tiny TV set bolted to the wall, plastic caps, plastic kettle. You will hear all your neighbors, and every toilet flash in the building, like in a swamp. A thin door does not protect you from any the noises in the corridor and elevator noise. Thin windows do not protect from the street noises. The street is very dirty, full of garbage, and strange people sleeping in the street. It is very close to the station, central market and 15 min walk to the Duome. We booked for two nights but left after one night, no air in the room, woke up with a horrible headache. This is an overpriced piece of sh..t. Did not get any refund. Stay away.

Room is small, hotel is old, breakfast only served 7:30-9:30, rooms cleaned only before 12 noon, so if you stay in your room past then, no cleaning. Check-out time is early, and management not flexible, even when i asked to check out only 1 hour later, at 12 noon. Breakfast is very limited. Laundry charge is expensive, 10 euro for only one item. Outside street can be noisy at times.

Charming Hotel in Florence
What a charming hotel! Very close to the train station, and easy walking distance to all things in Florence. The owner was so friendly and helpful, giving us a map when we checked in to show us places to see that would be free on Sunday. Breakfast was lovely, and the coffee was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Beatrice.

Hotel Beatrice is a nice place, located in an old building in the center of the city. Well located, very close to the train station and the main historic sites of the city. The room was clean, the bathroom was of a good size (not big, but not too small). Good breakfast, and the staff is very friendly.

The entrance is a little hard to find, and once they're you have to buzz in then take an ancient elevator up to the 2nd floor to check in. But once inside, the room is spacious and clean. The building and facilities are showing their age, but things work well enough. Air conditioning is good so the room was cool when in August. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, close to the station, supermarket, central market, and various dining options.

We loved this charming place
Such a delightful place to stay. From logical reasons it was perfectly located for us close enough to the station we could walk with our bags and very close to all the sites. It was also a happy place to be with a charming host and staff. There is a nice sitting room there and enjoyed a nightcap with Italian youth soccer game. It was fun cheering Italy. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms must have had at least 10 foot ceilings and had a lot of character

Nice room near the station
Very convenient for the station, on a quiet street, and also close to the centre. Just a nice little hotel at a good price. Good AC, basic, nice room. Friendly staff and easy check in.

Nice experience
The hotel is very close to all major touristic attractions. The people from the desk are very nice and helpfull. The rooms are small, but is all you need if you want to visit a town, not to stay all day in the hotel. Overall, a very nice experience.

It place is family own by dad and son. It is very old antique building. It was quiet but we felt like we are staying someone’s home. We stayed 2 nights with breakfast. There were nothing to eat! I tried to eat a boiled egg but it was rotten. After that we were scared to eat even prepackaged yogurt. They don’t have many guest so I don’t know how many days those eggs were sitting there. The owner, dad was nice person but I will stay elsewhere next time.

Rundown
The hotel is supposedly a 3 Start but that’s simply impossible - I assume they got those starts in the early 70ties when the hotel was last updated. It’s very run down, broken doors, cracked sink, my pillow was filled with wool and the bed was hard with madras springs poking through. Breakfast was very although the coffee was good. Look closely at the pictures - They look much better than in real life.

Best thing about this hotel was 5 minute walk from train station and location within the old town. Property was a little run down. Beds very uncomfortable, bathroom tiny and breakfast was a little weak, compared to other places we stayed. The owner was friendly and helpful.

We chose Hotel Beatrice because if its proximity to the train station. They allowed us to check in a little early since we arrived sooner than expected. The owner was very helpful in giving us travel tips to get around the city and his food suggestions were perfect! We were even allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel manager and his son were very nice people; they provided me every answer for my questions. They were very warm. The single room was a tiny one, but enough for my needs. The only unpleasent thing was the air conditioner; it didn't warm up the room.

Very good stay
We stayed 2 nights in a quadruple room with 4 twin beds (we had 4 adults travelling together). The room was small for 4 people but it's really fine for us. We walked around the city all day and this hotel was close to all the museums and basilicas. It's just a few minutes walk from the train station, very easy to find. Breakfast was good, just not many choices. Services was excellent.
