My daughter and I had a fabulous time at this hotel! It was easy to find from the train station, and I could even easily see it from the top of the bell tower! It was beautiful, clean, and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room and bathroom were very nice and had plenty of room for 2. It rained while we were there so we weren't able to use the rooftop pool, but it was just as pretty as the pictures. The view from the roof and from our own window was gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious. We would totally recommend to everyone and would definitely stay there again!

“Very lovely example”

I booked this through expedia and looked at other peoples review which overall where very good. We were attending a wedding for one of our friends who was getting married in the town hall. Although out hotel was the furthest away than all our friends it was still only 10 mins walk from the town hall. The service we experience was extremely good and everyone in the hotel was very helpful (nothing was to much trouble). The hotel is very modern and very well decorated within the Italian theme. Breakfast was very good and although we ate out all nights on our visit the hotel restraurant and its menu looked very good. Its location is minutes away from both train and bus stations which is very convenient and 10 mins walk from all the main tourist attractions. They are very helpful on reception and any activities that you would like to see can be pre-booked at reception to save quering. I would certainly return to this hotel and would definately recommend it to our friends and family if they were going to Florence. We had a great 5 days in Florence helped by the helpful and friendly staff at the Minerva.

“Fantastic location”

The hotel was very convenient for the railway station. The piazza was lovely and had a number of restaurants of good quality. It is right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria Novella which is a beautiful building. The hotel itself was quiet and efficient. The room was immaculate and looked out onto the piazza. It was cleaned daily. Breakfast was very varied and of a high quality with helpful staff.

This hotel is located near all the main attrations in Florence such as tour buses, churches, and train statiion. We loved the hotel for their kindness and hospitality. You will not have a problem with this hotel.

I was happy to find this hotel when searching. I was extremely happy with the service provided. The staff was extremely helpful at the front desk. The breakfast was also excellent. We walked everywhere in the city from this location.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Grand Minerva.Staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were huge, the view from the roof top was great, and location was ideal as it was a short flat walk from the train station and walking distance to most sights. It was also nice to have a quiet big piazza outside. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel. It was excellent.
