“Friendly and comfortable”

A lovely, comfortable, friendly and clean hotel in a very convenient location. We celebrated my mother's birthday during our stay and the hotel staff brought up a complimentary bottle of prosecco! Bathroom facilities are great and, with walk-in showers, good for less mobile travellers. I would happily stay there again.

“I would go back every time”

Wonderful facility and staff. located in the heart of action in Florence yet still quiet. very short walk to train station, cathedral and most of the attractions in Florence. Very luxurious and the staff is more than wonderful. I lost my phone on the day of my departure from florence and they were able to locate my taxi driver and got the phone while I was in Venice. Will be excellent choice for families, couples and singles who want to enjoy the art, food and sight scenes that Florence has to offer.

“Luxury Boutique Hotel ideal for couples”

Small boutique hotel located in the centre of Florence and within easy walking distance of everything you would want to see in the city. We had a Junior Suite which was over two floors and was very well appointed and always kept in tip top condition through the day. Rooms were virtually soundproof so even though we were in the city centre we had undisturbed sleep for the duration of our stay. This is a beautifully appointed hotel and benefits from a state of the art Spa which we had access to as part of our deal and used every day. The real stars are the staff who were all invariably helpful and professional. Special praise is due to the front line staff, Yanni and Elisa whose assistance in booking passes to the Uffizi and The Accadamie meant that we avoided the long queues and walked straight in. Their restuarant recommendations were excellent and they were always a joy to deal with. We would certainly stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel especially to couples looking for a first class, comfortable ,well appointed hotel for a special occasion.

“Great hotel for service, location and comfort- an”

From the moment we walked in the hotel door, we were made to feel welcome starting with strawberries and champagne delivered to our room. The rooms are large and the staff is very helpful and the location is very central to all of Florence that you want to visit. Highly reccomend. A quiet oasis in the heart of Florence.

“Perfectly romantic gem of a hotel”

This hotel is gorgeous. They've managed to preserve elements of the historic property (ancient carved wooden doors, exposed stone, incredible painted ceilings), even though the rooms are luxurious, clean, and full of modern amenities. The hotel is also close to everything - the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Piazza della Signoria are no more than a 5-8 minute walk away, and even Santa Croce is no more than 10 minutes away. Turn down service, chocolate biscotti on our pillows in the evening, tall windows that we could throw open to smell the crisp autumn air - this place was perfect. We will absolutely stay here again.

“Business or pleasure - a treasured location”

The employees were helpful, engaging, and thoughtful. Its location was just perfect - we walked everywhere in minutes. No detail was too small to be addressed. The hotel was spotless and the service genuine. The staff went out of their way to provide directions, offer sightseeing suggestions, or make restaurant reservations. On the day we departed we had to leave before breakfast due to our flight schedule; the hotel made it a point to prepare a "boxed breakfast" to take with us to the airport. This hotel was a "home away from home" with excellent service and a charming location.

“Florence Italy's Best Hotel”

The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing in Florence and for Restrauants and shopping. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. They provided us a wonderful breakfast with our room everyday that included fresh fruit. This is a small boutique hotel that caters to a few clients at a time, they remember your name and work very hard to take good care of you during your stay. The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing.Florence is a small city and it is easy to walk to most areas within a few minutes.

“Fabulous and a perfect location”

What a great hotel, very fancy and the staff was super fancy. You couldn't ask for a better location. We were upgraded, but I'm sure the standard room is just as nice. Very clean, quiet, gleaming bathrooms, and a great breakfast to boot.

“Loved, Loved, Loved It”

We visited Rome, Sorrento and Florence from Nov 5th to the 12th. Our stay at the Golden Tower Holtel was the best for comfort, inside beauty and free amenities. Breakfast was divine. Service was over and beyond helpful. If every you are in Florence, this is a place to stay.
