“A Florentine Oasis”

Just around from the bustling Duomo and the Via Corso this hotel nestles in its own oasis of quiet and reflection. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, rooms always very clean and bar prices for a good hotel very reasonable. Excellent breakfasts - enough to inspire the adventurer but not too much to diminish the energetic! It's a must!

“Will Certainly Go Back!!”

We chose this hotel because it "looked good" in the brochure and it certainly lived up to all our expectations. Excellent standards all round (cleanliness, helpfulness, breakfast) and location could not have been any better. When we go back to Florence, this will be our hotel of choice, and worth paying perhaps a little bit extra.

“the hotel I will go back to over and over again”

The most impressive thing about this hotel is the location. Being in the viscinity of all tourist attractions makes it a perfect place to stay and although it is situated in the center of Florence(3min walking distance from the Duomo, 5min from Galleria delle Uffizi)the hotel is beautifully tucked in a side road which provides you with a peaceful nights sleep and time for rest. The staff are very curteous and the food is also good though drinks are priced quite high.However, this hotel would be my first choice for a future stay in Florence.

“All I Dreamed Of”

I ran into this hotel in 1996 during my first visit to Florence and fell in love with the structure. I decided then that I would stay there someday. Someday came 10 years later and it was all I had been dreaming of. The concierges were wonderful. They arranged for some museum entrances (helping us avoid very long lines) and they arranged a day long tour of Chianti including a tour of a vineyard. The beds were rock hard - and I like a hard bed - but they were amazingly comfortable. And the continental breakfast with chocolate croisant was great! I was very, very pleased.

“Expected better”

given the location, this hotel showed a lot of promise, however, due to a poor attitude by the front desk staff, we did not feel welcome. the room was large but outdated and the noise level was loud.

“Great location, great hotel”

I was fully satisfied and more with Hotel Brunelleschi. We requested a room on the 4th floor with a view of the duomo and actually got it. the front desk staff was very helpful with getting around, making reservations, and with getting to the airport for our 7am flight! totally ready to go back!

This hotel is exceptional - the location, the staff, the ambiance, the restaurant, everything. A real treat is a magnificant city.

“Great hotel”

My friends and I enjoyed our experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful in all of our requests. The hotel was a treasure to find in Italy, walking distance to all the major attractions. The hotel was beautifully decorated, but the rooms didn't match the rest of the hotel. However, they were very clean. They need a little more splash of color. Very beige. The breakfast was generous. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Allover, it was a great experience. Will stay there again in the future.

“Exceptional Service and close to everything”

Better service cannot be found than at this centrally located quaint hotel in Florence. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel is, as it advertises itself, "steps away from the heart of Florence," and the staff were kind, helpful, and preofessional.

Very well located (though hard to find if you don't know where it is). Very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
