The hotel is centrally located. It is within walking distance to all major attractions. The room is clean and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly and able to speak English. Wireless Internet is available and free.

“Just as the reviews promised!”

I had a wonderful time at this hotel just before Easter. The location is fantastic, close to all the sights and only a short walk from the main train and bus/coach station which is a blessing if you fly in and out of Pisa. After reading all the reviews, I was very pleased when the sixth floor terrace with the magnificent view of the Duomo was open the last morning of my stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and have a pleasing modern decor. Antonio on the reception desk was particulary helpful and friendly. I have great memories of my time in Florence and my stay at this hotel is part of those fond memories. It was great value for money.

“Fantastic Location”

Great location right next to shops and restaurants and yet surprisingly quiet at night. The roof top terrace was great for a late breakfast yet wouldn't recommend it for a drink in the evenign as there was no-one there. Rooms very clean and very well equiped, staff polite and friendly nothing too much trouble.

A pleasure to stay in this hotel. All staff were professional , friendly and proffered assistance without being asked. The central location is perfect for sightseeing on foot , shopping and eating out! 'Al fresco 'breakfast each morning on the roof terrace bar was a wonderful start to the day - only beaten by a drink in the same bar as the sun set in the evening ! Any trip to Florence is amazing - staying at this hotel makes it even better !

“Great hotel in a great location”

Handily placed between the train station and Florence's 'il Duomo' cathedral, this hotel is terrific on a lot of levels. We stayed here after a night in a five-star hotel in Monaco and there wasn't a lot of difference. The rooms are well decorated and clean, the staff are friendly and the rooftop terrace bar gives great views of the cathedral.

“What an amazing hotel”

I could not have been any happier with this hotel. It was so much better then we had expected. It was the closets hotel that you would find in North America thats in Europe. The room was large, a beautiful bathroom with speakers so you can hear the tv. The staff was wonderful! They all spoke english and were very helpful. The location is perfect. Just a minute away from the Duomo and close to other sites. I would stay here again no problem and would give it a 5 star rating!

“Great little hotel”

Great location, good service. Best breakfast on our vacation, served on a lovely roof-top terrace. Room was good sized, spotless. VERY quiet, though facing main street. Would stay here again definitely. Coffee shop attached to hotel served wonderful panini sandwiches and pasta dishes.

“Exceptional quality for the price”

This hotel is a wonderful find. Fabulous location, within walking distance of everything. More luxurious than would be expected for the price. Very comfortable, tasteful and reasonably sized rooms with terrific soundproofing (a must for Florence). Excellent full breakfast on extremely nice roof setting with views of the Duomo. We strongly recommend this hotel.
