“Very good”
Hotel service and staff were friendly and helpful. The location works to get to the major sights but not in the noisy hub of activity. An overall good experience. Great morning expresso in the dining room!
“Hotel Adriatico a wonderful & convenient stay”
A short walk from the bus station (SITI) that takes you from the airport this hotel is pleasant, attractive and clean. The breakfast included was very good and check-out was noon, a blessing for tired travelers. I would/will stay there the next time I am in beautiful Firenze.
“A good hotel”
Good central location for exploring the city on foot with car parking facility at the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.
“Close to Trains”
Good location to main train station and main attractions. Room and lobby very nice, a/c would swing from cool to warm, but not bad. Breakfast good. Feels like a local neighborhood with same people on the street cafes. Restaurant Maso across street had good options. Excellent staff and pricing. Keep a map as Florence is generally confusing, but staff is very helpful.
“Would Return and Recommend”
We very much enjoyed our stay and would visit here again (if we get the chance). The room was clean and inviting, with our only negative being a very hard bed. The breakfast was varied and adequate, with service a bit stiff, but not rude.
“Excellent accommodation and convenient location”
We have stayed in Best Western hotels in Italy before and this one met our previously good experiences. Our room was a good size for Italy, extremely clean and with good decor. We got our requested twin bedded, non smkoing room. The staff were all friendly, most spoke good english, especially the reception staff. The reception staff were also helpful about getting information for us about train travel from the internet. The breakfast buffet was good, plenty of choice. The hotel is only a 5 mintue walk from the train station (even with a suitcase) and only a few minutes walk to all the main sites of Florence. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel
“Faultless”
Everything was faultless within the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything worked. Breakfast good. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel as an excellent choice within its category and price range. It is about 15 minutes walk from the Duomo, which is fine, and only about 5 minutes from the train station, which is convenient upon arrival and departure.
“Great value in Florence”
Hotel Adriatico is centrally located, rooms are large, breakfast very complete and for its price, very good value. It is at walking distance (5-20 minutes) to all major sites in Florence. I would certainly come back to this hotel. Minor inconveniences: There is limited parking space so if you arrive late, you must park in a nearby Parking lot for 20 Euros per night, and they are not too flexible in allowing late check out. We had 3 rooms and tried to obtain late check out in one, but they would not allow. (My family did not want to leave Florence). Be warned that Florence does not allow driving within the city so you must register your car at the hotel to avoid a fine.
“Great”
This hotel was in an ideal position for all the sights of Florence, the river was just at the top of the road and from there you could get to all the tourist places, resturants and shops,The train station was just a walk away and fares to Lucca and Sienna cost only 5 Euros.Breakfast was a pleasure every morning sitting in the patio area. All the staff were pleasant.
