“Perfect Florence Hotel”

Best location in Florence. Wonderful staff, spotlessly clean room, great breakfast. We were there for our honeymoon for 12 days in December. It was just wonderful. Every request was taken care of immediately. We would definately stay there again.

The Bernini Palace was a calm center in a very busy location. Magically, when the doors close behind you, you have respite from the busy Piazza della Signoria and the staff make every effort to make you feel at home. I will happily return.

“Bernini Palace, Surpasses all the others!”

I stayed last year at the Westin and decided to stay closer to everything this year. The Bernini Palace was perfect location, great hotel and staff extremely helpful. The only complaint was it was hot in our room but once we called to the front desk to complain they turned it down and it cooled off. So the temp gauges in the room are monitored by the desk (not the thermostat in your room) so call if your room is hot. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location. Comfortable beds, great service. Classy place very clean and large room.Decorated beautifully..Super air conditioner very rare in Europe! Good breakfast, big bathroom with slippers.Would recommend to anyone.Can walk to lots of sites ,good restaurants and nice shops. Always felt safe.

“The perfect location in Florence”

If travelling to Florence, you really need to consider this hotel. The location (Piazza San Florenze) is close to almost any of the oft visited sites. 1 block to the Piazza Di Signoria and the Palazza Vecchio or Museo Uffizi. 3 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio or Duomo. 5 minutes to the Palazza Piti & Boboli Gardens, Academia or Medici Chapel complex. The rooms are nicely sized, very clean and comfortable. Great bath, bed and air conditioning. On the down side....not much of a view from the room windows. The nightly turn-down service is a great touch, complete with chocolate. We couldn't leave the room but it was restocked with fresh towels, soaps, etc.

Super location near all major sites. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip because it was such a great place. Rooms were wonderful. Hotel staff very accomodating. Great restaurants nearby.
