“our new favorite”
we have stayed in many different hotels, in Michigan, this is our 4th. I wish this would have been our first choice, and we would have been happy every time. We pick up our granddaughter and take her for the day or the weekend and go swimming. The other hotel pools are always clowdy and extremely strong smell of clorox. This hotel is clean all the way around and the pool area was clean and the water was clear. The staff (even the ones passing in the hall) were friendly and just plain nice. We were coming back from the pool, the breakfast was over, and there were donuts. My granddaughter asked is she could have one since they were just sitting there. We went to get it and a man came right out of the kichen and immediately asked if she would like a glass of milk or juice to go with it. Like I said, I wish this was our first choice the first time up there. Our stay was memorable. Thank you. About expedia. I never used this before, but it was so simple and reassuring for us. I had a problem finding it and the person on the phone was so nice and looked up all our stuff. Again, this is another part of our trip that I wish we would have used the first time.
