Decent hotel for business travel. Wireless connectivity was good. Continental breakfast was decent. Seemed like a fairly safe location. Right off I-75.

“Flat Rock's Finest! But a little noisy”

Great hotel with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a good breakfast and pool. We liked having the fridge and microwave in the room. However, the rooms were not very soundproof and noises from the hall transmitted loudly into the rooms. Overall excellent.

“Wedding mess”

Hotel had a minor disaster the sprinkler system went off on the 3rd floor tripped by a customer. They had to evacuate 2-3 rooms each side and all the way down to the 1st floor due to all the water. We where part of a wedding party that was getting ready for a wedding. The staff did a great job of getting us all moved so that we could finish showering and dressing for the wedding. We found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. Our trip had a few obstacles thrown in our path and the hotel staff did a great job of assisting us.

“Nicer than I expected for the price and they allowed our dog”

The location was great, right off the highway. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. The hotel and our room was very clean, and they had no problem with us having our labrador stay also. But absolutely ask for a room AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE from the pool. Our room overlooked the pool, and we had to listen to people using it, and coming and going from it, all night. Also everything of ours ended up smelling like chlorine.

“Never to return again....not impressed”

When I checked in-was told since I booked on line had to go on line for a receipt....NOT helpful....was too busy talking to co workers.. When we returned later that evening...after 11PM....we found the holel to be quite NOISY....barking dog, a fighting couple [all inside the hotel]...then finally able to fall asleep. to be woken up by housekeeping knocking on doors before 9am....usually do not complain but will not stay at another Sleep Inn or refer anyone....
