“Most terrible attitude ever!”
Our itinerary was delayed due to the blizzard in TX. I called 3 days ahead to ask if we could postpone check-in by 1 day. The front desk lady said ok. At the night we checked in, the old lady denied we ever called and cursed us with those "B..S.." words. I was astonished. I never experienced this. It was 11pm in the wild forest! We asked if we could pay for that night for a room. She said she run out of rooms. I believe this is the true reason so as she denied everything. Her husband was rude too. It was an extremely terrible experience! I didn't get refund by now. Don't bring yourself trouble to book in this Inn.
“Williams, AZ”
The room was clean but the Manager on duty was rather non-friendly. On this family trip we stayed at four different Super8 motels and this one has the most un-friendly manager. The motel on its own merits was fine but the manager needed to work on his people skills.
“Just a shower and a room before the Canyon”
Not bad, all we needed was a room and a shower before and after our Grand Canyon backpack. The morning breakfast was about the most limited I have ever seen so we stopped elswhere to tank up. The staff were not very outgoing but for our needs it was fine.
“nothing special, but adequate and clean.”
small room, but clean.
“Not impressed”
At the price of a room I did not expect much. The room was clean but it sounded like the people upstairs were doing marching drills. They charged me for an extra person but that did not mean that I got extra towels, coffee cups or water glasses. No closet and you had to climb over the second bed to hang up your cloths...that also ment that the I had cloths hanging over the bed. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
“Not impressed”
I don't know if it was a problem with Williams AZ water, or just the hotel. All the water (toilet, sink, bath) was brown and gross. We couldn't take a shower for the three days that we stayed there. The breakfast was just cereal and donuts, but no place to sit. The pool was also closed our last day. I don't know if the filters couln't handle the brown water or what.
“No trust”
My wife and I often stay in Super 8's often and never had the experience we did in this establishment. Although the hotel is an older building it is basically kept in above average condition. The reservation was for four nights and we like to keep the room at a comfortable temperature while we are in and out of the room. The air conditioning magically turned itself to the off position both the first and second day. We had left the do not disturb sign on the door and the staff entered the room and turned off the air cond. When we approached the owner about the problem a few different stories was given, I guess he couldn't decide which one to stick with. Ultimataly, I would not return when I can't trust the management.
“Do Not Enter!!!!”
We definately do not recommend this place. The motel is alright in appearance and the room was ok, but the front desk clerks were bad tempered and not helpful. Our AC was not working properly. The matter was not resolved. Owner was rude and lacked people skills.
“Do not recommend this Motel”
The service is really bad. People in the office are not friendly and impolite.
“Wont be back”
The hotel is in a great location if you plan to visit the town of Williams ...It is about an hour drive to the Grand Canyon which is not a bad ride....The location was perfect for us but the staff were so very rude....I would stay there again if they hire a new front desk staff....They acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there!
