Overall: Nice Hotel with good rates... Not superclose to the canyon, but a 1:15 hour drive is ok.

“Great price, Great Location”

We arrived to Williams, AZ around 2PM. To my suprise the hotel was directly off the interstate (Can't Miss it all all). Upon check in, the front desk told me that my room was not ready, and it would be ready in about 1/2 hour.as she was eating a hamburger! After about 5 minutes of waitnig, she came to the lobby and told me that my room was ready (this time with no hamburger)! Room was on the second floor. No elevator, no help. Room was clean but dated. The indoor pool and spa was great for the kids. Restaurant was over priced. (Go to Pine Country Restaurant) Located downtown, Large Portions, Great prices, and the best pies!!!! All in all, the hotel was clean and very kid frendly. For the price and the location, I would stay again.

“enjoyed my stay”

the hotel staff was very helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was wonderful. Room was clean but if you want housekeeping everyday you will have to ask for it.

“Convenient place to stay to visit Grand Canyon”

We booked into this hotel when we were travelling down to visit the Grand Canyon. Many of the reviews were negative about the quality of the hotel but if you are just looking for a place to sleep and stay while visiting the GC then it does the job. It is comfortable and clean. As it's about an hour drive from Williams to the Grand Canyon park it is not the closest hotel but it is a good easy route up to the park and for us was not an issue especially as we wanted to get onto the road out of the area quickly the next day.

Good quality for the price you pay. If you're looking for a convenient place to sleep on your way to the Grand Canyon it's a good deal.

“A restfull stay”

The hotel is a nice, affordable place to stay in Williams. It is 1 hour from the Grand Canyon and there are interesting things to do in Williams itself. The restaurant in the hotel was pretty good. The pool is indoor, and fun for the kids. The rooms were comfortable and what you would expect for the price. It is a nice alternative to getting a hotel near the entrance to the Park, and fun attractions down at Williams make the evening entertaining as well.

“Nice place for the price.”

The staff up front had no idea where Bed Rock City was, which I thought was odd. It was on the way to the Grand Canyon, and pretty much everyone that goes to Williams are going to the Grand Canyon. I felt that the staff just didn't really feel like explaining where it was. Bad day maybe?
