“A decent hotel to stay in Grand Canyon”

First, my portable Navi instructed me to take the left when actually the hotel is in the right of the freeway exit. There is a Marriot hotel on the left. Ckeckiing in and out easy as we encountered none of the usual delays in the counter. The hotel is fully booked at the time we arrive (11 am), so we moved around the City and went back after 3 pm. The room with 2 queen beds has enough room for 6. They are not worried so much about the extra persons that you bring in. Me and my wife and 4 kids. They provided enough beddings, a lot of towels, we have coffeemaker, free movie on cable and wifi access for laptops. There is an indoor pool to cool you and a nearby restaurant. It is walking distance from the train that brings you to GCanyon and in nearby restaurants.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and the kids loved the indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzi.

“Better than the reviews I read”

We looked up reviews before we left and they were not very flattering. We went in with low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was clean and updated. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Thanks for a good vacation.

“Holiday Inn Williams”

I read several reports about this hotel before I made my reservations. So maybe I arrived with my expectations a little low. But you know what? It was a nice place. It took us about an hour to get to the south rim, but we didn't mind the drive. Also the little town of Williams was fine. We had several choices on places to eat. Best of all was coming back to the hotel in the evening and having the pool & hot tub - that was great!! The kids enjoyed it & so did I. It's not a fancy place but it clean, nice staff, and fair prices. I would stay again and I hope to one day when we go back.

We spent one night at this hotel after spending 2 days in the Grand Canyon. It was a perfect overnight stop - conveniently located off the Interstate, large, clean rooms (suite), with nice bed linen, 2 tvs in the room so the kids were able to watch a movie while we had control of the other remote! Plenty of eating options nearby - we brought a pizza back to the room (Pizza Hut just in front of the hotel) because we were tired, and it was great to put the feet up and relax. Pool looked great and a good size, but we didn't get to use it. Breakfast the next morning was great - omelettes, pancakes, fruit etc. I am assuming they are in the process of updating this hotel - our room had been modernised, but the lobby and hallways are outdated. Overall very satisfied - would definitely go back, and would definitely recommend it to others.

“Great place to stay”

It was a great experience. This is probably the biggest hotel in the bryce canyon city, and it was really huge. The room was good, the staff was courteous. Overall, nice experience.

Very nice hotel with a great indoor pool and hot tub. On site restaurant a plus as well.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Personnel were polite, professional and informative. Room was very nice and had a coffee pot. There is a nice gift shop. Hotel is within walking distance of downtown. A good walk, maybe 1/3 mile. Lots of places to eat close by. There is also a bank and a grocery store close by. Would stay again if in the area.

We were going to the Grand Canyon and wanted to stay somewhere close. this hotel was great. So clean and close. Would come back any time.

We were greeted by friendly hotel staff who gave us discount coupons for the Grand Canyon IMAX theater. The pool and hot tub were great. The restaurant was excellent. The room was comfortable.
