“Clean and comfortable with accommodating, friendly staff”

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for 2 nights while visiting Grand Canyon. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were very generous and the cook was FAST. Our room was very clean, with comfortable beds. The hallways appeared a tiny bit worn and smelled of past smoke, but we didn't spend that much time in them so it really didn't matter, as the rooms were clean and up-to-date. Used the fitness center while we were there, and the equipment is very current and in good condition. We'd definitely stay there again on a future trip.

“A nice tourist friendly hotel”

We found the staff attentive, the food good, we have stayed at a another larger hotel from this chain in Orlando, which although it was higher rated, this hotel was just as nice.

“A great spot to stop on the way to the Grand Canyon”

We loved this hotel because of it's homey atmosphere and great decor. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. Room service was great and the morning complimentary breakfast was superb. Couldn't have found a better place to stay in Flaggstaff!

Our stopover in Flagstaff wasn't long enough once we'd experienced the hospitality of the Embassy Suites. Separate sitting room, lovely view to the mountains and the manager's welcome drinks all added up to a great stay.

It was a good, clean hotel for our family of four. The suite worked well with a small kids. Staff was very nice. My only issue was that our room was cleaned very late in the afternoon and we had to wait. But otherwise, a great place to stay.

My wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with the quality of service provided by the hotel. The room was kept very clean and organized. Everybody on the hotel staff that we talked to was so polite and nice. The complimentary breakfast was terrific.

Nice Hotel, Fit a family of 5, 2 double beds and sofa bed. Complimentary Breakfast was great. 5:30- 7:30 complimentary happy hour not too bad either.
