“The front office people were great”

The hotel was better than expected. I had a refrigerator and microwave right in my room. And it was safe for all of us.

“Truly Historical!”

Well, what can you expect on Historical Rt 66 but a historical hotel. It is definately time for a little updating - especially in the bathrooms. The staff was WONDERFUL!!! We can't say enough about the kindness and helpfulness. Great job staff!

“Great location”

We have been to Williams many times, but this was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We were very happy with our room, the view out the front was very pretty, and it was very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants. The people who ran the hotel were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again!

“waffle was luxury!”

it's not the luxury hotel. small room, no microwave, no coffee port, noise from another rooms and rail road but price is reasonable for the condition and cleaness. service guy was very freindly... let me tell you something about complimentary breakfast waffle was awesome!!!

“Nothing fancy, but did the trick.”

This is certainly no luxury 5 star hotel, but it got the job done. If you're look for a reasonably priced and clean hotel for one or two nights, this would be it. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean, but very tiny. For one night it was fine. I'd stay again.

“Nice!”

Just what we needed. Would return, but never will stay next to the breakfast area again. To much noise. Over all very nice.

“Great for the price you pay”

Great for the price you pay. Near the Grand Canyon, free breakfast (hot waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries), free wireless internet, and right in downtown Williams (small, but cute and convenient for a quick meal). If you are going to hike the Grand Canyon and are on a budget, this is great since you won't be spending a lot of time in the room anyway.

“Saved few bucks”

The hotel is one in the array of several similar looking (from outside) places with the same price range. Does not distinguish itself from others in terms of offerings, however, if you need to use it for a one-night stand, it is not gonna harm you. The hotel is about an hour's drive from the famous Grand Canyon Village and will work-out good if you are using it as a stop-over.
