“Excellent value, great rate.”

Clean place. Old style. TV had bad reception but staff was willing to please and we had a great rate, so the value was definitely there. We will be back for sure.

The hotel did serve it's purpose because we arrived late and were very tired and needed rest. Service at the desk was good and friendly. I just think it is in need of some re-modeling to bring it up to standard. But overall, it worked enough to meet our needs...

“Inn cuts corners when it comes to quality”

Pros: Located very close to NAU and restaurants, relatively cheap, fridge and microwave available in some rooms, wifi worked without problems, sheets and towels were clean, window a/c unit worked adequately Cons: Not enough outlets, grounded plugs from fridge and microwave plugged into UNgrounded outlet via plug adaptors (surely that violates building codes!), couldn't plug my laptop charger in place of a lamp by the bed because the plug just fell out of the outlet, someone's slightly decayed food left in fridge, some kind of residue on the edge of the bathroom counter, very hard mattresses with palpable springs, television picture very grainy, tub drainage extremely slow
