“humbleness gets excellent review”

very nice place to hang out. landed here for a few days after having trouble with my truck. the porch and chair were the fav place for me and the pup. the rooms are really nice, lots of room, good service, clean, what more could you want ? well, then there are other places for that. this place is typical Flagstaff and love it for its still small, humble feeling. thank you

“Quality and quiet!”

On sight, I had my doubts, but this was exceptionally clean, well remodeled, attentive manager, and quiet. Love the black out drapes. Definitely worth the cost, which is low!

If you need a a clean and affordable place close to all the businesses on the west side of town, I can recommend this hotel.

“Flagstaff weekend”

Great value. Remodeled rooms. Older property. NO phone in room. Old tv in room. Loud barking dog next door as I thought the property did NOT accept pets. But very close to everything in town. Pretty relaxing, comfortable beds. Bathroom very small and tight when on toilet. Very COLD tile as well. It did have a microwave and fridge though which was great.

“Great price, clean rooms!”

Good for a 1 or 2 night staywhile traveling through town. Center located which was nice. Had a bit of trouble staying connected to the WiFi and Management was helpful in correcting the situation. Clean, pretty quiet.

Stayed overnight. Easy check in and checkout. Staff not unfriendly but not warm. Room clean with new fixtures. Internet Wi-fi never worked even after call to front desk. Everything else worked fine. Bed was a little hard, but not too uncomfortable. Deadbolt on door didn't work. Great value though. Good for one or two night stay.

“Frozen in Flagstaff”

We stayed at the motel in March, and it was very cold outside. I had called in advanced to tell them we would be arriving late. We when got there, there was no heat in the room. It took hours for the room to warm up. I understand conserving energy, but a little consideration to the weather conditions would have nice.

Easy access to I40. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Staff was great. The hotel is aged but well maintained. Some work needed in the bathroom. Clean living space beds were clean. Overall good deal, specially for this area. Would stay there again if in the area.

“Will not go back”

My wife says we've stayed in worse places, but I can't remember when we stayed in a hotel with this much against it. Uncomfortable beds, a lousy renovation with bathroom sink practically falling off the wall, noisy, and not very clean. I would classify this hotel as a dump. With numerous options in Flagstaff, one should be able to find something much more to their liking.
