Love this place and the location is perfect! Close to Thira and your typical touristy stuff but able to escape to a more peaceful side of town. The staff are so helpful and polite. A delightful retreat!
My friend and I spent two nights at the Atlantis this week. The hotel was very nice, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location can't be beat. We were able to walk the 2 blocks to the bus station and take a bus to Perissa Beach for the day which was very nice. Perissa beach has restaurants that provide sun loungers for free if you order from their restaurant. The made to order breakfast was great, and we enjoyed it overlooking the Caldera.
It was the perfect honeymoon!!! We saw beautiful sunsets, fell in love with Santorini but the highlight is our stay in Petite Palace. We got there before 7am but they were able to provide us a room before 8. The manager Gregoris took really good care of us while waiting for our room. He offered breakfast at no charge. All rooms have an absolutely perfect view of the Caldera. Staff were all friendly from the manager down to the servers and the porter. When we left, the porter who carried our luggage waved us goodbye until we were out of sight. We were heartbroken when we left! We will definitely come back and stay at Petite Palace!
We couldn't resist the honeymoon villa based on the pictures. We weren't disappointed! Our highlights were sitting in the cave pool listening to the iPod blaring through the speakers, watching the sunset from the infinity pool and strolling along the cliffside walk into town.
The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful and the breakfast had more choice than expected.
Overall a wonderful first experience of Santorini.
An easy 10 minute walk from the center of Fira, the hotel property is beautiful and offers views of both the Aegean (caldera) and Meditteranean seas. The nice big patio of the room looks out on the caldera, while a few steps away the pool area has great views of the Meditteranean. Do yourself a favor and get up early enough to watch the sunrise - wow. The room was quite large, especially the bathroom - and it had washcloths (European hotels generally do not). Breakfast was outstanding, as was the service - each person I had contact with exceeded my expectations.
The only downside is road noise - the hotel is on the main road in to Fira. It did not bother my sleep but might for others.

From the moment we arrived at the airport where we were met by Nikko, the hotel proprietor, we were surprised and delighted by Santorini and Greek culture and the wonderful hospitality of the people. Travelling during the off-season yielded so many benefits - we were upgraded to a villa where we were told the Kardashian's filmed one of their reality TV episodes. It included so many amenities: Two story villa with outdoor patio including a private pool and hot tub; kitchen, living room, two bedrooms downstairs and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms included a 10 person Jacuzzi. The appointments and art work were pleasing and interesting. Breakfast was delicious, the recommendations for eating and activities were spot on. But, the most spectacular thing about the villa was the amazing views. While this was the most expensive accommodation of our trip, it was well worth the price.
Perfect Santorini experience! This hotel is in the best location - awesome views- all the comforts. It is very nicely updated. The staff could not be nicer. The breakfast was wonderful at an outdoor rooftop overlooking the sea. This hotel was one of the highlights of our fabulous Greece trip.
The setting of the Mill Houses sets it apart from any other.
One would never tire of the views overlooking the bay.
The staff were first class in every way. We were met and welcomed by
Christopher who was so helpful and had always time to attend to any
request. One failing was on the part of Expedia who failed to tell us that
the hotel provided a complimentary pick up to and from the airport.
This is the best hotel for an unforgettable view of the caldera. Very private, the rooms are spread out along the rockwall, so you're not on top of other people. Our rooms were not updated yet, which is planned for this year, but they were spacious and very comfortable. The only minus is the size of the tub/shower which was very small. Hopefully this will be better after the update. The people are very friendly, and always very helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. I'd given it 5 stars if the bathroom had been bigger. Definitely worth a stay and I hope to come back here some day.

The hotel is very well located . The rooms are amazing and , more importantly , the service is impeccable. Georges was great in arranging all our tours in the islands , restaurant reservations and even tours in other islands. Fantastic breakfast in-room and breath-taking views from the room balcony. I will certainly return !
Fira is perched on Santorini Island's west side bordering the caldera. Narrow stone paths lined with souvenir shops and restaurants link the town's central square to the upper cable car terminal. Historical museums displaying Greek artifacts and postcard-perfect churches welcome visitors, while mesmerizing sunsets stop tourists in their tracks at the end of a memorable day in this capital city.
