Almost everything in the room had something wrong with it. Remote buttons not working, poor tub drain, lukewarm water no matter when you shower or how hot you set the valve, light bumb out, electrical box hanging out the wall.

Expecting since this property is listed as a Wyndham property to be much, much better shape than we found it. Surprised the Wyndham has their name on this Days Inn, because it is truly a Days Inn, old, outdated, dirty, buggie, smelly, uncomfortable and very much outdated. We turned around and moved to another location in another town, even though we paid for two nights. Didn't get our money back. Didn't even ask for our money back. Just wanted to get out of there.

Door wouldn’t latch, shower sprayed the ceiling, something was spilled and dried on the floor never cleaned, bedding had marks on it

Our first room had black mold very visible on the roof and the smell was over bearing. Our second room held a lot of moisture and mold was starting to develop. The front desk people didn’t come a few times when I went to the front desk to ask for towels.

yes and front desk did change your room right away and offer you next stay good discount since i am gm off property i like you too stay different property so that way you have good service and we dont worry about changing room thanks

Lots of mold in room. No glasses or cups, so I had to go to the front desk to get something. There was supposed to be a custom hot breakfast in the morning, but there was no chef. I went to the front desk and complained and one showed up about 10 min later.

Never stay there again
It was difficult to understand the person at the desk, had to ask for my ID and cars back more than once. The room had dirty towels in more than once place, broken light bulbs and bugs in a drawer. TV always said no signal. WI-FI barely worked. There was never anyone around to speak to in order to try to move rooms and there wasn’t another hotel available for me to move to. I’ll never stay here again and shouldn’t have had to pay for that.

Just an ok place to stay.
Room is comfy but has a musty smell. This is my 4th time staying there as my son is in college and this is the cheapest place for me to stay. Employees very unprofessional. I went to checkout and the lady looked like she just crawled out of bed, her hair was a mess, eyes barely open and acted like I interrupted her. The pool has been closed for who knows how long. They are painting the outside and looks better.

Room was clean and in good condition. Property buildings’ exteriors were being painted extensively all day long. I can tell the owner is trying to renovate the hotel.

Do not stay here. The staff is rude and disorganized. They accuse their guests of being wrong when their keys are coded wrong. Twice. The bathroom had some weird dried liquid running down the walls. I cannot stress this enough the staff is rude. They take scans of your IDs and when you ask them why they get angry and fly off the handle.

Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. We got a room for two nights for a wedding and the entire place was DISGUSTING. I have never written a review in my life but I had to because of how horrible this hotel is. Our mattress felt like it was soaking wet, the bed linens were damp like they weren’t even dried & there were bugs all over the breakfast in the morning. Our friends in another room tried to use their shower but the tub faucet would shoot off every time they turned the water on! And one of their mattresses had a massive BLOOD STAIN on it. The room was muggy even though it was the middle of October and everything was sticky and dingy like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. Definitely not worth the money. Go literally anywhere else. We probably got bed bugs from this place!

This is a big property with friendly staff. I had positive encounters with nearly ever staff member encountered. The property; however, is very tired and in need of renovation. While I would not describe it as "dirty" it also did not feel clean. Breakfast is included which is always convenient and appreciated but it is understaffed so gets messy quickly even with few people using it. There is an egg station but the attendant was rarely there. Walls in the hotel are paper thin. Absolutely paper thin. We could hear our neighbors patting their crying baby to soothe it!

Didn’t like having an outside stairway not an elevator. No one was at the desk many times. No info in the room for places to go and restaurants. Bathroom needs caulking. Toilet kept running. No shampoo, conditioner or soap. Had to ask for them. Curtains were disgusting. They didn’t close. Iron didn’t work right. It didn’t spray water when you pressed it. It sprayed a lot of water when you didn’t want it too!!

There was dust on top of the lights and stands next to the bed, the bathroom counter looked like it had a pan set on it and was never repaired. The bath tub stopper was broken and filled with water. When passing staff in the hallway they didn’t even look up as they passed

OK stay
This is my third stay at this hotel. My son in in college and it is the cheapest but still not worth $100 a night. Pool is broke and has been. Breakfast is nice, they have a man that makes to order omlette and pancakes along with the regular stuff. WIFI is SLOW!!

2nd year in a row we've stayed here for a local yearly event. NEVER go here. 1st year not so bad. New owners, Clueless. Spend the extra 2-300 to stay at the Radisson up the road. This place is terrible! Better off in a tent!

The worst service, the worst attitude extremely rude and very dirty. I believe they changed owners since the last time I’ve stayed there. Never again. Few hours after my arrival I left and went to another hotel. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, I could not stay for 2 hours. Never again.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. The lobby was extremely hot and appeared to be under repair. The entire lobby had a strong odoriferous smell. The initial room we received was not what we requested the curtains were torn, and the bathroom had empty tissue box, and half used toilet paper rather than a new roll. We were moved to a new room that was better, however, the bathtub still had hair from previous guests. Breakfast was offered. However, the items were not that great. Some of the hotel staff appeared that they were also just staying at the hotel as they worked in flip-flops and shorts.

Horror show
Room 310 - floor was rotted and floor tiles sunk when walked on. Had to be careful not to trip. Outlet was bad and light did not work. This room should have been condemned. Great breakfast but room was a nightmare.

I knew the minute I pulled into this hotel’s parking lot that I would not be checking into a room. It was obvious the property owner doesn’t care what the exterior looks like. It was a mess. I wasn’t going to stick around to see what the room looked like. Or the pool. Cancelling was not easy either. Because I was cancelling last minute, I had to pay for one of the 2 nights. The hotel’s decision, not Expedia. But Expedia should have done more for me imo. Just an over all bad experience. Avoid this hotel.

The rooms were clean and every6was very nice. Breakfast was ok. They were out of alot of stuff. The pool needed cleaned and water added but the kids still had fun in it!

Good price for what we expected. A lot of sand or something on the floor. Level of water in the toilet was too high for a man (if you know what I mean). Otherwise, owners were very accomodating and helpful.
