The hotel and staff were great and i can't wait to go back to Nadi Fiji.

We had a lovely time at the Sheraton, we stayed in a beach view room and it was gorgeous, you could hear the ocean. The staff were so friendly and caring. When my daughter got her finger caught in a door accidentally (nothing serious) a nurse was over in a flash and they kept checking to see how she was for the next couple of days and sent her a little gift. Needless to say they made her feel very special. We loved the pool, we spent most of the time there and it didn't seem too crowded at all. Would definitely go back, great value.

Resort was beautiful and helped made the holiday so much more relaxing. Loved the pools, location, convenience of shuttle bus and the freiendly and helpful staff. Fantastic.

“Sheraton Fiji”

The hotel had a really inviting and friendly atmosphere. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed the facilities so much we decided to stay 7 nights instead of 4. The kids club looked like great fun. The location is fantastic with golf and tennis moments away and free transport around Denarau island. Access to use the next door hotels restaurant and recreational facilites was also very useful.

“Fiji Resort”

Very nice resort. Great layout, nice staff. Restaraunts were pretty boring and there are not many other restaraunt choices nearby. Great b/c you can use the anemities at the other resorts nearby. Beach was very nice and pools were wonderful...but cold! Everything from food to drinks were expensive, so make sure you are ready to spend some money. Nice gift shops at the hotel.

“Great Revamp to a previously relaxing hotel.”

The Sheraton's facelift has been great and our holiday was very relaxing. Great that they have internet facilities, though need more PC's as it is always crowded and long wait. Teenagers are not as well catered for, as we'd hoped, unlike the younger children and would like to see a lounge area for them, as done on cruises, so as they have a place to relax, as well. Otherwise service and facilities were great, with really wonderful food. A time well spent.

“Wonderful place”

We traveled with a teen and a 2yr old- I know it sounds difficult already,however it went much better than expected! The hotel is nicely appointed, very well furnished and tastefully decorated. Our room was away from all the noise, closer to the villas on the second floor with amazing views. We had two queen size beds and instead of baby crib we got a roll away bed that fit perfectly between the other beds. This way the toddler felt very grown up with his own bed. Made use of the in room mini fridge Make sure to advise the staff not to replace the items every day. Things are crazy expensive from the minibar. just outside the main entrance there is a store. Everything there is at least 1/2 off the prices in the hotel. We took an ice bucket with drinks to the beach-it made a difference. The breakfast was nice, but the same every day even with all the "choices". The beach restaurant was the nicest, but limited menu and wine list. Not trilled about the cocktails.Service could be a little bit faster, however they couldn't have been nicer. We loved the people that worked there except for one person that was kind of rude. We complained about it and the next day there was a different attitude Not so happy with the water sport section- only 2 hobi cats and charge for them, many times had to wait for hours to get to one. Some times only one was in the water the other one stood out in the sand but we were told not available.
