    “Good location, big hotel with not good service.”

    Big resort, many activities. There was not real door for toilet in the room. Staff not professional enough, and some of them not friendly. internet is so slow with overcharges. Nice food. nice view.

    I recommend all cities. locals are so friendly. Nice place highly recommended.

    “Wonderful”

    Its a great bgetaway all incusive deal is the best Hotel under renovation will be great to see it when finished

    “The service was poor, the food was average.”

    I was there for my sisters wedding and was unimpressed.

    “All inclusive the way to go!”

    well after reading the reviews, it was a worry what to expect! yes the hotel is dated but if you get a room you are not happy with(which happened to us) go to the reception and ask for another. they changed us immediately and without fuss. I would say it is a 3 star rather than 4 but i do think it is value for money. the choice in restaurants is good, the service is good and the cleanliness of the rooms is very good. if you think service is slow tip the waiters and the service improves greatly.
