“Unpleasant stay”

The hotel looked nice and was well kept. What was less pleasing was the fact that there was no real hot water in the shower, only warm. Secondly, guests were charged 25 Dirhams (approx. $3) for 15 minutes use of the internet computer (the computer itself was nearing it's last breath), and worst of all, not all, but some of the staff were unpleasant, the worst being the head waiter at the restaurant, after 'suggesting' I pay for my meal immediately (rather than put it on my tab), I took out my wallet to pay, he forcefully put his hand in it and pulled out the money he claimed I owed him.

“Rien à voir avec un 5 étoile”

Tout est dans le titre. La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos, très petite, mini bar vide et ne fonctionne pas, draps très usés ... Salle de bain par très propre, serviettes usés (mais propre) ... Piscine sale, des insectes sur le bord ... Le personnel est très sympa mais ce n'est pas de leur faute et ne peuvent rien, CE N'EST PAS UN 5 ETOILE CA MERITE A PEINE 2 ETOILE EN ETANT TRES GENEREUX

Hotel 5 stelle ma con servizi scadenti: camere che odorano di fumo (sono tutte smoking che poi vengono "bonificate"), ascensori spesso guasti, 1 solo ristorante-pizzeria aperto (su 3 presenti nell'hotel), per di più senza aria condizionata, piscina dell'hotel non dedicata esclusivamente agli ospiti dell'hotel ma aperta anche al pubblico, servizio alla reception non adeguato

“Zalagh Parc Palace Fez”

Hotel 5 stelle meritate. Servizio davvero eccellente, camera con due letti francesi, 2 divani, personale disponibile. Cucina nella norma, vino un po' caro per il Marocco ma buono. La posizione dell'hotel è a circa 7 km dal centro/medina, ma con un paio di euro di taxi si arriva là in dieci minuti. All'arrivo veniamo contattati immediatamente da una guida ufficiale che ci propone il tour; lo fa senza esagerare con l'insistenza e ci accordiamo subito. Lasciamo l'hotel con rimpianto : dove, in europa, potremmo permetterci un hotel così ?

“Hotel magnifique mais éloigné de la ville, un peu déçu”

Hotel qui pourrait être un petit paradis s'il était animé. Manque d'ambiance : personne à la piscine, ni au bar ni dans l'eau d'ailleurs. Peut-être pas la bonne période (du 20 au 27/09). Repas d'assez bonne qualité mais café et lait froids après 9 heures ! Chambre très propre mais baignoire fendue ! Hotel calme mais trop éloigné de la ville nouvelle mais taxi vraiment pas cher. Je conseille cet hôtel aux voyageurs qui cherche le repos mais déconseille à ceux qui recherche un hôtel animé.
