I really enjoy the swimming pool, I could do some legs in the morning to start my day. The staff are very helpful, and Mr. El Habib in particular is always very helpful and professional.

I have been with them for one month and I did not find any promotion from them, any interest in the clean bed, they were late in making it, and the hospitality is poor.

Great experience…. After 4 days in Riad in Marrakesh, getting to this hotel was a needed breath of fresh air. Beautiful lobby, responsive staff, spacious room, excellent breakfast buffet… Its walking distance to many sites (if you enjoy walking 15,000 steps a day - which we do). Lovely experience that I would repeat.

Not worth the price.
Hotel feels old. I was travelling in a motorcycle. The room was literally 300 metres away walking from the reception. Best thing is the pool area and the breakfast quality. The rest is not worth the price.

Staff did their very best, and the restaurant food was always good, but am pretty disappointed that no one bothered to mention the hotel is undergoing major renovations. The front lobby, pool and other areas were all being re-tiled, which meant circular saws cutting ceramics from 9am until sundown. I would have expected Expedia to advise of this in the booking process! Will be a great hotel when it’s finished, but guests should probably be told ahead of time…

Overall, the hotel is quite nice, a little dated, but kept very well. There are many restaurants around and there's even a grocery store around the corner. The staff members are friendly and very willing to assist. They made us felt welcomed.

Our 8 night stay here was truly wonderful. The staff were always pleasant and so helpful. The amenities were spectacular especially the gym, pool and the to restaurants (Eat & Moroccan). I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a wonderful stay in a safe and quiet area but still within walking distance of many things to do or a short cab ride to the old city and museums.

What a great experience it was! The staff is soooo nice and the room is specious, clean and beautiful! I loved how the gym is big and modern ! An enjoyable stay
We were very comfortable at this hotel. All their staff wanted to help make our stay better. It was cold in Fes in January but the rooms were well heated. The food and service at their Cafe Marriott, Sports Bar and most especially at their EAT restaurant serving a variety of international cuisine was excellent. Special mention goes to Oussama who was our waiter on all 4 occasions we visited. He was the most enthusiastic, helpful and kind waiter we have had in 45 years of travel. The restaurant was run well by the supervisor Mr Chafri who made sure everyone was happy. The pool was too cold on this visit but it was a great place to catch the sun and we enjoyed sitting for hours around the pool relaxing in their basket chairs each afternoon.

This is a beautiful hotel and property. The staff were all very kind and helpful, especially Kamal at the Marriott Cafe, which is a lovely spot to unwind after a day of touring. Excellent food and cocktails. My room was not properly prepared for my arrival, as many room amenities were not found, however this was quickly rectified. I am very glad I chose this hotel and, if ever again in Fes, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a positive experience at the Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace overall! the hotel is clean and safe, and that the rooms and pool area are both high quality. It's a bit of a drawback that the prices for food are expensive, I would recommend it over the Fes Ryads

Worst Hotel in Morroco
Worst Marriott Ever!! Terrible experience in this location. Had booked a triple room and the couchbed offered was wrecked and the management couldn’t offer any other alternative but to book an additional room. Shower had only luke warm for two days. A/C didn’t work. When requesting a taxi, they recommended us to walk to the street (with luggage) to take a cab otherwise they only had large taxis. Overall not recommended and with so many other alternatives in town it should be avoided!
