Husband, son (13) and I stayed for 3 nights on our way home from Thailand. Was a perfect end to our holiday. The pool and facilities were amazing. Great local eating places and night market right on your doorstep. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We had very loud neighbours on our first night - we checked in at midnight and the party on their balcony was in full swing. By 2.30am we had had enough so called the front desk and they sent security immediately. Also had issues with a leaky toilet and maintenance were straight on to it (both times!). We had a family room and it was very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was a little tired but this seems to be the 'norm' for everywhere we've stayed. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast. We were there during Ramadan which might have had something to do with it - I'm not sure- but there was no bacon or pork options. We are very happy to enjoy and experience different cuisine but it was hard to find a pleasing breakfast. Although there seemed to be lots of choice it was not a memorable meal. Maybe we were spoilt with breakfasts at the other hotels prior to this one. The minibar prices were steep like you come to expect at large hotels but there is a mini mart straight across the road which is a better option for snacks and drinks. They do provide complimentary bottled water. We were given an extended checkout time as our flight was later in the day which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to night markets and local buses. Buses were frequent and not expensive. Hop on hop off buses were inefficient and I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Staff were efficient and very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the Bayview to others
We stayed in the triple room which was good to accommodate our needs. The shower was superb, water pressure was such that you would certainly enjoy after sweaty day exploring Batu Ferringhi. There were ample parking around the hotel.
Located on the coastal road northwest of George Town, Batu Ferringhi Beach is one of the most popular spots on Penang, a fact reinforced by the presence of major hotels and resorts. Besides the world-class beach, tourists are drawn to the lively nightlife, highlighted by the Batu Ferringhi Night Market, a sidewalk bazaar that features hundreds of stalls selling food, souvenirs, and goods.
