Hotel GB
Stay was fine, but the hotel information says they speak English. I found no one from the hotel staff that spoke English. Staff was nice, polite and helpful.

I was charged an extra 10% “service fee” right at the checkin. I only later discovered it’s an optional fee. Would not recommend.

Good hotel with convenient location
Nice hotel with spacious and clean room. Just a walking distance from a large shopping mall. Buffet breakfast is rich. I also tried their buffet dinner, which was not huge but appropriate kill hunger if one does not want to go out in the evening.

It was a great pleasure to stay again there. I enjoyed my stay and will come back in March. I tried a different hotel last trip but decided to go back to Grand Bittar because is great !

While the room was nice and clean, there were two problems with my stay: first the check-in. Having arrived ten minutos before midnight I was told to wait until midnight so that a new cycle could start. I have never seen that. Second, they have charged me for internet access which I have not seen in several years.

It is a great place. Not happy that wifi is extra, also family can't visit you unless you pay extra. Not a great thing. Nice walking distance to many places. Could be better. Room needs new carpets.

Nice hotel close to a Shopping Mall
Hotel close to Shopping Mall, area was not safe by night.The hotel staff usually do not give rooms before 1:00 or 2:00 PM. Some of us wait 8 hours for the room. One unpleasant surprise was the charges for using the internet. There is no free internet in the rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. Using the TV was very difficult and odd. There was no information about the need of two different controllers and the free channels were very limited and no CNN or international new.

Bom padrao de atendimento
Recepcao muito atenciosa e gentil. Quarto com bom tamanho. Camas confortaveis. Wi-fi funcionou bem mas com alguma lentidao. Ar condicionado com muito barulho. Banheiro limpo e chuveiro com ducha de boa pressao. Restaurante com excelente comida e atendentes gentis.

Não trocaram as toalhas nos 3 dias que hospedasmos. Travsseiro fidido Porta shampoo quebrado. Estacionamento caro e pessoal da noite, Não faz nada quando quebram os vidros do carro1. Não recomendo!

Hotel com boa conservação no geral, quarto confortável, mas alguns detalhes estruturais referentes ao desgaste natural pelo tempo de construção do hotel necessitariam de uma atenção maior. O serviço de arrumação dos quartos é realizado por bons profissionais, mas poderia ser mais ágil para contemplar o período em que o hóspede passa fora do hotel. Café da manhã de boa qualidade, algo limitado em termos de variedades de itens, mas creio que de acordo com a proposta do hotel.

O hotel é velho e precisa de bastante manutenção… o ar condicionado, por exemplo, não funciona direito! Não vale a pena se hospedar nesse hotel, pelo mesmo valor, dá para conseguir um muito melhor! Para piorar, eu ainda esqueci um vinho no hotel e o funcionário disse que eu não poderia pega-lo, pois a bebida está na sala da governança e que pelo fato de ser feriado, nenhum outro colaborador poderia pegar, ou seja, irei viajar sem meu vinho, porque minha viagem é hoje!

O hotel tem um excelente custo-benefício e as pessoas são muito atenciosas e educadas. Entretanto, poderia ser melhor cuidado em algumas coisas: o colchão não é confortável, as toalhas estão desgastadas, a descarga tem volume insuficiente, não há cortina no box do banheiro e tive de deixar a porta do box aberta, com a toalha pendurada, pois a vista é frontal de outro hotel e de uma construção onde os operários estão trabalhando. O pior de tudo foi o elevador. Com apenas um elevador disponível (o outro estava em reparo), a demora para poder descer pela manhã foi demasiada.
