“Cheap - for a reason....”

Old hotel connected to some sort of bar. Just off highway in a retail area but the bar thing managed to make the whole thing feel unseemly. Hotel seemed run down and rooms seemed long in the tooth. Squeaky ceiling kept me up until the folks upstairs finally went to bed – round 2AM. Breakfast was cold and meager. Usually you get what you pay for – here the price is low and I felt I almost got what I paid for… dissapointing. Next time I will drop a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

The Beds were hard and uncomfortable, but they were clean. The Continental Breakfast ended promptly at 9:30a.m., I thought I read it ended at 10:00a.m. went downstairs for breakfast at 9:20, the fridge was locked, no access to milk or yogurt, while I was toasting my bagel, I was told by the attendant that breakfast area is closed at 9:30, when I didn't hear her the first time, she sternly repeated herself and the moment my bagel was toasted she escorted me out , told others that were entering that the continental breakfast was now complete, and she shut the door. Customer Service???? It was a continental Breakfast for crying out load!!! And why on a Saturday a.m. would it not end at 10:00A.M. like every other hotel we have been to.... Never again Select Inn!!

“not impressed”

some rooms have refrigerators and others dont, though rates are the same. I rented 3 same rooms and paid same rate, unfortunately one of the rooms didnt have refrigerators. When I asked the receptionist , I was advised that it was the way it was, they cant give me any credit.

bed was really hard--simple hotel at a reasonable price..Front desk staff nice and responsive.

Clean hotel. Beds were slightly hard and uncomfortable but overall a nice place to stay for the $$. Staff was pleasant.

Will not go back to this motel. Need remodeling and updates and an elevator! 82 yr. old mother could not handle the stairs. Location is the only thing going for it!

“Can't beat the price, likely wouldn't go back”

The room was a tad run down, but clean-- and that's what we'd read in other reviews and expected. The price was very reasonable, which is why we stayed here on a limited budget. I think next time I'll opt for something a little nicer. Don't get me wrong-- clean rooms, decent breakfast (with a wide variety, especially considering the hotel price), hot shower-- I slept fine... but beware; it feels like their walls are paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room chatting in the bathroom, we could hear every single person who walked by our room-- walking or talking. Light sleepers shouldn't stay here-- but if you don't mind a bit of noise and a lack of privacy... everything else about the hotel was good.
