“Can't get in the front door”
This hotel should be deeply discounting their rates. The front door was dark and the glass was shattered. There was no lighting and it looked like the facility was closed. The foyer is under construction and has scaffolding. You had to walk around the corner to a small door and there is nowhere to park as you check in. We had serious concerns when checking in. The hotel advertises that you will get a select comfort bed. . .didn't happen. We had also difficulty getting into our room multiple times and the handle on the door seemed to have been installed wrong. The positives were that the room was very clean and the hotel is next door to the police station.
“Convenient location”
Conveniently located just a few blocks from restaurants, cafes, bars, and other shops. Attached parking garage offers lots of parking. Hotel was under renovation when I stayed there, so things were a bit torn up. Elevators were sometimes extremely slow. I stayed two nights. The first night was uneventful. The second day, hotel staff called to say there was a water leak in the room above mine and I would have to move to a new room. None of my things were damaged, and the hotel upgraded me to a bigger room for no charge. Hotel management was very apologetic. Overall, not a great experience, but not a terrible one either. I would stay here again mainly for the convenient location.
“should have been told”
they need to let people know they pay for parking, bottled water left in the room before check out, the staff are awsome and very understanding to a point but you should not have to ask every lil detail to find out something
“Very nice!”
Everything was great, except the toilet was plugged and we had to go down to the 2nd floor in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.
“Showing its age”
The hotel has been around for awhile and is starting to show its age. We stayed in a renovated room so that was up to date but the rest of the hotel needs to catch up. Not saying that the hotel is bad by any means.
“Clean and good service at affordable price”
Service was excellent! Sent a car to come get us and driver was very personable. Nice room, clean and everything worked as it should. Couldn't beat the price too.
“Very Good”
A Great Stay!
“Excellent Location”
Excellent stay, Excellent Staff and Great experience aside from having to pay parking (although it was only $4 / day).. bit un-expected to have to pay for parking and a bit silly.. should just be rolled into the day fee and not have to worry about it. Would go back without any hesitations!
“Good place to stay in Fargo”
We enjoyed the Radisson. It's a nice hotel in a great location with good service. People who worked there were friendly and helpful. The only thing to watch out for is that the hotel seems to host a lot of weddings, which can be boisterous. We were awoken on a Saturday night by drunk people screaming in the hallway. When we called down to the front desk, they took care of it.
“very impressed!”
Everything was very good. Staff was helpful room was great. The room was neat and clean, the beds were great. I would have no problem staying there again.
